-11	Obama calls for end to female genital mutilation in Africa while US has highest rates of male circumcision it's about 5-10% that removes only the clitoral head, the rest remove the entire clitoris, or about 70% in Somalia involves sewing the vagina shut and many places involve intentionally scarring the Vagina. On top of that the CDC and WHO say that Male Circumcision can prevent the spread of HiV and other STI's. Especially in places with improper education or among the poor who can't afford proper protections and hygiene tools. This isn't a mens rights issue, this is a Children's rights (at least my opinion) and really delves deeper into the cycle of abuse and how both Males and Females grow up to be abusers themselves seeking revenge for their victimization.
