It takes a while for your body to get accustomed and there are some foods that your body will reject. I don’t eat chicken (besides maybe liver) and I rarely eat pork. After months of grassfed beef, it’s hard to eat grainfed. Try temporarily eliminating certain foods for whatever diet you chose to see how your body reacts.

When I got bullied in elementary a kid punched me in the jaw after the teacher left the room and I just took it without flinching. They walked away when I didn’t react or yell out in pain (the adrenaline helped, but that’s probably why my jaw is slightly off now). When the kid and his boy tried bullying in the playground I threw woodchips at their faces and fought until the teachers broke us up. We were forced to apologize with our parents there and I found out the kid was supposed to take pills…

You seem to forget that humans are social animals aused to not be able to survive effectively outside of the tribe. I don't think solitude automatically makes someone better. I interpret the "beast" and "god" used here as something difficult attain and maintain in the modern world. I hated being left alone in the dark by my parents until I eventually became indifferent towards the feeling. I think a group of people working together can accomplish more than a single person. For me though, I like to spend more time by myself than with others.

Crazy that the US has a population almost twice the size of all the countries listed before it on that HDI and citizens pay less in taxes than most of those other countries. Also, the majority of Americans are considered Upper-Middle class compared to the rest of the world, living on $20-50+ a day. I am not an expert here.
