This woman gives no mixed signals. Despite the author thinks that, his description of their interactions proves the opposite. Why does he think she is interested just because she looks at him. She probably wouldn't say hello, just give him the look. Why does the Op think he has to mate with every female in the 1st place?!?! I guess because women treat him as described.

Why should she?! You didn't describe one thing people do when they are happy to see you. She might be checking if it's you but not because of a romantic interest, just due to habit and probably being afraid a bit. Did she ever smile at you?! Or look into your Eyes (at you in general) longer than usual?! You didn't mention it, so it is a NO.

Well as a teenager I was very left and at that age I was being politically active. I got to learn a lot of people that way and eventually fell in love with one. She actually reciprocated my feelings but I was horrible shy at 16. She was also 17ish and far more mature which all scared the shit out of me. Not asking her out is probably the only thing I regret having done, or not. But if you just go to the leftists to pick up girls, I don't think you would be successful. People will sniff it that y…

I handicapped myself by focusing to much on the verbal communication - while her body was signaling her intentions I was juggling words around getting nowhere 🤦

At the age of 18 I suddenly got panic attacks when I had to speak in front of people. And in a lot of other situations, but having to say something in front of the class was so difficult that I quit school. Having had to accept that the panic attacks would not go away anymore, I went back to school, constantly forcing me out of the comfort zone. Long story short, eventually I ended up in a study that took speeches very seriously. I didn't know that before, but I would still have done the course.…

I am not good at approaching women. It is what it is, some people are naturals, some have to learn it the hard way. What I recently realised changes the whole flirt ritual. I was always far to focused on the verbal communication. When I was thinking of smart sounding words the lady might have indicated twice that I better kiss her or she's out - or the opposite, that she is not interested in me at all. After having missed the non verbal signals everything I talk about is futile, she already gave…

I think you are right when it comes to younger men, let's say under 30 or 25 even. At this age many haven't really figured out their place in life, or for which place they should put in an effort. And this lack of direction even affects their choice when buying clothes. Once they found out who they are, they dress accordingly. And that stubborn stance that they have to accepted as they are, will outgrow them as well. But there are of course those who just don't have no sense for ästhetisch and t…

In a way that is what I told him too. I couldn't resist to sound condescending. Such a perfect opportunity 😉

When I am not understood then the person not understanding is either not willing or capable to. So, if you perceived that as unintelligible it must have been one of the reasons above, or both. This is actually the first time that something I wrote is unintelligible, so I am pretty sure that is not my problem. Take them ADHD meds, read that last sentence I am referring to Then read my answer to it and point out what you perceive as unintelligible. I am really intrigued what you will come up with …

Your last sentence is pure BS. Sorry. But humans are social animals. So the biggest fear is to get shunned by your tribe - because it meant almost certain death. People don't fear power at all. Give power to someone who never had a say in anything, someone who nobody listens to. He will immediately abuse it, since it is the first time that he has relevance. And he will want to stay relevant, eg more powerful. I don't know how you even get the idea, that there's such a uncontrollable force within…
