12	Women&Children and Whose Life is Valued It wouldn't logical sense to force women to stay behind or defend their country. Plenty of women do volunteer regardless. But it's incredibly dangerous to have women in war zones. Why? Because other men (either those around her or ones who capture her) will harass and rape her, women can get pregnant, have debilitating periods, and on average cannot physically match the strength of men.
