I think it can literally appeal to any person regardless of sex, race, age, etc. I even talk red pill theory with my sister and her roommate, though not using red pill terminology of course. Let's say you are a landlord renting houses out, and you notice most of your black tenants don't pay their rent, while most white tenants do. Yes definitely. I especially like the bottom 8 concerning self value, the wording is excellent. I would really like to master the bottom 8 and internalize the advice given. A lot of guys will say call because it is more "manly" or whatever. I would actually prefer to call but a lot of girls feel more comfortable with texting so that's what I usually do. Plus, if they don't answer you don't have to deal with the awkwardness of missed calls and voicemail and all that. It also depends on how old the girl is. I usually talk to college aged girls who pretty much exclusively text. Actual phone calls might work better for girls age 30+.

The first book I read was "Double Your Dating" by David DeAngelo. I think its pretty much the perfect book for a beginner, especially if it's your first pick up book. I've read A LOT of stuff on pick up and this one gives some really good basic techniques.

I had a friend in college that would stay near the keg at parties when he first arrived. He would help pump the keg and pour the drinks while simultaneously interacting with people at the party. This technique isn't about getting the girl to like you. plenty of times a girl will like you but says no anyways. for example, she might say no because she doesn't want to come across as a slut. she needs plausible deniability to go home with you. after all, in most cases you can't just outright invite a girl back for sex.
