Besides that, it's fairly common for boys to use phones and even mirrors in order to take a photo of girl's crotch, then show it around. I'm not talking about adults - but elementary school kids. Is that common? It’s only been around a decade since elementary schoolers have been walking around with phones, so unless you have kids, are a kid, or a teacher, you wouldn’t really have any reason to know that this is an issue.

Imagine 2 similarly sized species of animal that both prey on each other. When there’s 100 of 1 species and 12 of the other,it’s pretty clear which one is going to win every time.
