Then follow your idea of what it is to be Alpha. If you follow what you learn from TRP word for word you’ll go nowhere. Convert it to wisdom through experience then and then you’re realisation of what it means to be Alpha will arise. It won’t come from reading, you have to will it to existence through pain and suffering and still persever; that’s when you find your inner ‘Alpha’. P.S TRP is a place to gather values and principles according to what you reasonate with. Not to follow word for word.…

Short and sweet; Alpha is subjective, it can mean one thing to another person and the next different. Ultimately summarised, it’s a certain individual who lives and does what the fuck he wants to do and no one can change his direction only him. Imagine a boulder, going through wind, floods and hurricanes; it remains in one place and hold still in its original position. Be like a boulder, take shit but still remain stoic and persistent to achieve your goals and purpose.

Original subreddit. It’s quarantined but can still be accessed. If you still having problems go on TRP.forums that’s where all the subreddit content is transferred to. Just search “The redpill handbook” and it’ll have almost everything there for you to learn and practice. Now go, better yourself for the sake of bettering yourself.

Their insecure and probably overanalyse everything that’s being said and done, people like that will not hesitate a moments notice to watch you fall flat on your face on the journey to your self improvement. Cut them off and find like-minded friends.

“Consistent good days” they don’t exist. You think man back then going hunting and always ending up finding deer or elk to pray on? No, they stalk the woods and analyse their environment for any signs of the animals. It takes them weeks to find food. What I’m saying is that instead of striving to have consistent good days, find a goal or a purpose that you can dedicate your life to. How do you find your goal or purpose you say? We’ll go out there and do everything, dancing, martial arts, coding,…

Also talk to everyone at your university; you’d be surprised to find a lot of people who are either doing these interesting side hobbies or kick starting a business. You won’t know unless you take action. Besides that, listen to redhawkes

I like this one, you don’t cater or try to impress anyone. You just do shit you’re interested in and don’t care if other people shit on it.

It’s because he is comfortable and enjoys his own skin and mind, he doesn’t overthink shit and conform to what people think of him cause he don’t give a fuck and do the fuck he wants to do. You overanalyse everything and seem I’m just assuming but seem to conform to what ever environment you are in. Take a look at your friend and see if he gives a shit, sure there are some environments that you have to conform to but with shit that’s not formal go do you. You can learn from your friend, envy is …

You want to turn “bad boy” for girls? Bro, read and re-read the sidebar or least part of the ‘building power’ posts. You change yourself for nobody, you change for yourself. Everything is a side effect. Fucking read the side bar and re-read it. Get this “how do I give girls tingles?” “Should I treat them like shit” out of it unless PUA is the way you want to go even then it’s just an artificial construct of you. TRP isn’t about developing yourself for the sole purpose to fuck chicks. It’s a tool…

You got to try new things, things that you perceive as scary or a potentially a negative experience. You have to get out of the bedroom and start exploring, open that Pandora’s box and embrace the good and bad. Practically, if you’re looking for practical advice is just go out and try all kinds of hobbies and even hobbies you perceive as ‘shit’ for a lack of a better term. Try playing a instrument, try a social hobby, try going to your local community Forrest or nature reserve. Anything that get…

Thank you, I will apply this to my life. I need that and patience, I just need to stick to it. Thank you once again for your time answering this, it will not go to waste.

I will, what are the actions I have to take in order to build that self-esteem I have? What pain do I have to endure in order to obtain that self acceptance? I know it's important because that is the focal point of improving ones life, is through self-acceptance and belief that you have the ability and grit to change. How do I develop that sense of self?

Thank you, I've been reading the book 'Power of Habits' from Charles Duhigg. Habits are the way of life, if your habits are shit then you in-turn will be shit and that will translate to every facet of life. That friend I have, his working like fucking crazy at his job and tutoring other students utilizing his academic success meanwhile he studies bachelors in science/teaching which is his final year. At the age of 20 he has bought a town house already and has a decent fucking car. He even offere…

Glad to know things are improving for the better for you, my friend that I listed in this post told me that I may need God as well. Since there's a set of principles and values that will guide you through times of struggle and sadness. I guess that's my problem, I have no core values or principles I look back to when I face a severe obstacle in my journey. Maybe I should find a philosophy to adhere by. How did you go about making the change yourself?

Thank you for your comment. I apologize for not putting up a tl;dr, will do it. In terms of goal setting, you're right. I don't set up goals so how do I expect myself to be satisfied when everyday is a state of perpetual rotation as I don't have a goal I strive towards, that I'm hungry to take a bite out of. I should start setting out serious goals, I'll look more into it. In terms of gym. You're right, I have to do more research and dieting rather than going through the motions. What's the poin…

What are the books you recommend that will help me with this journey I wish to pursue?

It's not a troll post, I'm just really desperate to grow my wings. My diet right here are bare bones; only chicken breast, broccoli, egg, spinach, carrots. For breakfast I just have a protein shake if I'm in a hurry, but when I have time I'll make oatmeal with fruit. I don't know if this is a important detail, every time I consume milk with my protein I become disorientated and feel the need to immediately shit out the stuff I just downed my throat.

Thank you for the advice, your right. You got to work hard and stay consistent to be the best person you can be. No matter the advice, it'll be useless if I'll sit here and do nothing. It's goodenoughus for me.

Alright man, thanks for reading and the advice. I'll fucking digest the shit out of the sidebar and trp and apply it in real life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
