Good strategy. Basically the same as counting your blessings. Were you in the service by chance?

I think I gave you the wrong idea: i meant "ho shit" as mere trifling shit in general, not trifling shit from a woman specifically. It's a certain slang context of a slang word that I am used to throwing around. Bad choice of words in retrospect. In other words, its some shit that only hos and betas should get mad at, not necessarily trifling shit that a ho starts. Your information is solid and true. The context as it applies to my situation is slightly off, however.

I get what you are saying. It's sorta like you just need to figure out how to walk through that door and choose not to feel that way when you don't need to. Most of the time, I can do it immediately. Sometimes it takes a while. I am getting there a little more every day though.

Yeah, I meditate pretty much every day. It seriously helps keep me balanced.

To a degree, yes, but there are certain situations that shouldn't have to be dealt with, because they shouldn't make you angry in the first place.

Thank you for this post, and thank you for using my favorite (super)hero as an example. Even the idealized, fictional Batman has his flaws, too.

From Wikipedia on cognitive behavioral therapy: "Therapists...use CBT techniques to help individuals challenge their patterns and beliefs and replace 'errors in thinking such as overgeneralizing, magnifying negatives, minimizing positives and catastrophizing' with 'more realistic and effective thoughts, thus decreasing emotional distress and self-defeating behavior'" Those errors listed are ever-present in my thinking, I have noticed. I have been employing CBT on myself for years without even kn…

Sure, my job gets the blood pumping and the sweat flowing, especially in 90-100 degree weather, but you are right. I enjoy maxing out every day in my workout. A day like yesterday is rare for me. I pride myself in typically staying very level-headed. There were several contributing factors to how I felt, and even still, I pretty much kept myself under control. Like I said, it was really, really petty, just typical life stuff with a wrong word/wrong time trigger. I am way past over it now, just r…

Usually, yes, but yesterday I worked all day at my physically taxing job, and I just couldn't get over some little ho shit that was pissing me off. I felt like if someone had spoken to me in a way I deemed improper at the time, I woulda snapped at them. Almost snapped at my dad yesterday when he disagreed with me in a way that was not mean at all, just alpha. I eventually got over my shit, but it took all day. I just don't want to get like that again and end up saying something stupid to someone…

In any sports team, what is the main need of the group? To win. The team needs to win the game, so in turn the most competant individual is the one who is looking out for the team's needs. Same goes for an apocalypse scenario. People are thrust into a scenario where they need to survive. The true badass of the group will be the leader, because he knows that he needs the group as much as they need him. If he leaves someone behind, it is because they are detrimental to the whole group. He is compe…

Keep talking and raise a hand, palm facing outward, to the one who interrupts you. This way you can stay completely in frame and flow, and also you exhibit control over the asshole. He will respond by silencing himself. . Raising a hand has exactly the same effect as a full-stop, "shut-the-fuck-up-while-I'm-talking," except you don't have to break frame at all.

House has some great alpha characteristics, but he also has some horrible issues with self-loathing. I used to look up to him in college, and I ended up as all of the negative, and none of the positive. I even used to use his "coolness" in my mind to justify my own addiction to Vicodin. All that was during my stupid, self-depreciating, blue-pill (quite literally) days. Looking back on it, I think House is too confused of a character to look up to as a solid alpha role model. He is cool as fuck t…

I just learned about MGTOW just now, but I have to say, I chose to go my own way in life a long time ago, in other words, I quit adhering to social expectations of me several years back. I was still beta when I first decided to go my own way, went through a largely self-imposed hiatus from women during that time, and then I slowly became more alpha. Finally now I am fully alpha in the style of Samuel L. Jackson, which has been turbocharged since my discovery and subsequent ingestion of the red p…

Upvoted. Allow me to temper your statement with this: you can only own the act being a pussy so often before being a pussy owns you. You know that, but I had to say it anyway.

Donzia makes a great point. Follow that. Also, as you said, most sexually active people get HPV at some point. Of the 40 or so strains that are sexually transmitted, only a fraction pose any risk as far as I know. Most people clear the virus after some years through natural immune response. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Many of the strains don't even produce symptoms. In the long run, her apparent contraction of the virus just means that she is sexually active.

It's true, his and our argument has been obscured by emotions tied to the expletive. Adept, however, his execution more than was, in my opinion. I think that his purpose was to help rediscover the argument in a common vernacular. He wrote the lyrics knowing that there was a serious emotional charge tied to the word "bitch," and in the vein of artists within his genre, he intended for there to be a visceral response from his listeners: advocates and opponents alike. No one can read a dead man's m…

The point of Tupac using the word "bitch" like he did was to relate to his primary audience: black males whom he presumed unresponsive to rhetorical writings in other media such as prose. The term was used colloquially by black men during the time of his writing, and Tupac had to invoke that term to modify its context. Rap music was his chosen medium so as to make himself fully available to his target audience. By narrowing down the term "bitch" to a single type of female, however numerous as th…

You definitely need a good wingman. A good wingman can pull even 2 maybe three beluga whales, leaving the whole set satisfied, and singling you out for the main target. Taken/married men are best, since they should be getting as much tail as they want from their girlfriend/wife presuming they are worth being your wingman in the first place.

Don't worry so much about what you say so much as how you say it. Any shit test is intended to subtly throw you off, and can be virtually ignored and incorporated into the conversation. That's not to say that you can just act oblivious and get tail. Learn to recognize shit tests, and act as if they are just stupid things girls say. Be smarter than their subtle pokes. Make them feel stupid. Lets say you open by negging her: "Excuse me, I couldn't help but notice you just got xxxx brand beer/liquo…

Walked up to wife naked with a bottle of massage oil. Told her to get me off. She looked me dead in the eye with that heavy shit test look in her eye. "No," she deadpanned. "Do it. Now." "No!" Same deadpan shit test look. look of doom "Don't play this fucking game with me woman." It was a good nut. Edit: had to specify the look of doom.

We are mostly in agreement. My point of using the word "worry" as opposed to "deal" with the issue of hypergamy is simply to illustrate that a man should not "worry", not that the problem could never come up if only the man try his best. I agree with you that in that context, my statement would be delusional. It is true that a man may end up having to deal with the issue of infidelity even if he is at his ultimate prime. You are right to point that out. People are people at their core, and regar…

I don't feel like writing another essay, but read some of the things in my history (particularly on TRP) I have written about my relationship with my wife. Game didn't save my marriage, it facilitated it.

Upvote. I read my wife pretty much every post that I make on this subreddit (after I hit the submit button of course). Check my history to see what I have been reading her. It is uncompromising to say the least. She eats it up. She just made a new reddit handle with respect to mine (Bossmansbitch), and she is now a subscriber to r/redpillwomen.

Observe what they are doing. If they are standing around talking to someone, don't open at all at that time; you don't want to display obvious intent. If they are doing anything else besides just standing around, casually open with something witty dealing with what they are doing right at that moment. Women have one-track minds in the immediate sense more so than men do. You have to jump on their track and then divert them off of it. You cannot open a woman who is pouring a drink at a party by c…

I am not naive. My point was not to imply that I think my marriage is always going to be perfect, that we will not encounter great hardships, or that I am always going to maintain control or even my own frame. I fell out of frame once already today, and that is just today. Let's be realistic: humans are in so little control of their environments, nay, their own minds and bodies that we will never live our lives according to plan. I'm no fool. I have felt the sting of the harsh world we live in. …

I am married, and I have no worries whatsoever about my wife being unfaithful. You have to make yourself into equal parts genetic superiority (keep your body in prime physical shape to display that, more like,) and provisional security (handle your shit) and this will allow you to use your wits to select a proper woman worthy of your positive characteristics. Note that you have to select the right woman foremost (this journey in and of itself is very long and detailed, much more complex than usi…

Agreed. We need to always value ourselves. I do not allow myself to be bored. Of course we all slip up and get bored sometimes, but I have my writing and my reading to fall back on at any time. Most of the time I am busy doing productive things, but my mind usually does not rest until my body does during sleep. If we are never bored, this means that we are always interested by something of our own accord, which means that we are always interesting people to be around. Good topic, and good point.

The moral of the story: you can do everything in the world to better yourself. Make sure you are doing it for the right reasons. As men, we better ourselves not to chase after the "one girl". There are millions of girls that meet our genetically predisposed requisite for mating: hot. We don't even do it for all of those millions of hot chicks! We better ourselves, because we are men, and men always stay as sharp as we can possibly be. We better ourselves to better become ourselves; it just so ha…

My story: My wife and I have been married for almost a year. We both know our place in the relationship (mine as the head of the household, the leader and aggressor, and hers as the submissive one) and we have no dissolutions that our relationship is absolutely conditional. We maintain ourselves as individuals and as a unit. We love each other. I have to say, she is a strong woman, but she does not purposefully balk at me, and if she does accidentally (shit happens) she will always submit to my …

Today: I found out about red pill and this subreddit too. I'm already a man's man, but I like to keep an active focus on maintaining myself, after all, we are forever "becoming" men. My self-depreciating blue pill days are far behind me; let's keep it that way. I am in shape because I work outside every day for a living. Just started training for strength a week ago. I am more interested in lower mass gain at a slower pace, with a focus on definition and endurance. I workout 6 times a week, on o…

Great story man. It's great to be reminded of that fact-keeping your frame is key to handling any kind of shit or shit test. It is liberating to be able to say and do what you want calmly as a man and give fuck all about what anyone else thinks about it. I am married, and while lots of things change between two people once they get married, what a man does not do is get all whipped and shit. Shit tests still happen in marriage, and the "red pill" man responds to them exactly the same way-by keep…

First one: "Roommate was being noisy as fuck at 3am. I get out of bed. Her: "Don't say anything!" Me: "Don't fucking tell me how to act in my own home." Her: "What did you say to me?" (she couldn't believe it) Me: "Shut the fuck up." (walking away) (She didn't say another word)" In my opinion, one aspect of being "red pill" is that you dont need self-imposed validation through overcompensation. there are better ways of asserting yourself than this. For instance: Roommate was being noisy as fuck …

I made sure I got married to a woman to whom I can say, "I'm going to work out now. You should go ahead and pop in your little hip hop fitness dance video," and it happens. In my house we take care of our bodies. There is no reason to compromise much when it comes to taking care of one's body, male or female. Be selective, guys. The shitty women will fall by the wayside. The hot ones will make themselves hotter for you if they know that they have to.
