I have to admit that I fap way too much due to dry spell for several month already. It is frustrating and a pathetic excuse but it was how I get by. I get aroused really quick. How do you shake that feeling off?

I know it takes practice to socialize but what are the key points to remember when talking to a person? I have somehow reduced my social awkwardness by looking people in the eye and standing straight up.

Could you provide examples of strong stimuli?

How long does porn habit last on your system when you stop doing it?

It seems that my BP tendencies are still acting up. I do enjoy spending time with people who are happy and successful. Instead of comparing myself to others, I was thinking of comparing myself to my past self. Would this be better or stop comparing at all?

I stick to him most of the time. He gives the most value in any of my circle of friends. What I give in return is company. I would accompany him to where he wants to go. I have started hanging out less with some of my friends because they are only drinking. If he needs feedback, I give him straightforward answers. He would do the same for me. My feeling of inferiority only happens when I'm idle and not doing anything especially on days we are not working the same time. To keep me sane, I would f…

How do you break that cycle of thinking.

So what kind of opener do I use without looking try hard, cheesy or fake? And would compliments have a positive or negative effect?

I guess so. This weekend I'm planning on hanging out with co-workers instead of him. I hope this will take my mind off it. I will definitely read the book.

That is quite accurate. When he's pursuing girls, I encourage to go for it. I never cockblock him when he does. I steer clear when he's interested. He thrives on night game and that's where he mostly gets laid all the time. Since he is pretty much an extrovert. As an opposite of him, would it be better to proceed with day game? If so, where do I begin?

It is worth a shot. I will make my intentions clear this time and if she is not interested, then nexting her would be the smart thing to do.

I brought up boring shit in the conversation. I cringed every time I think about it.

What are the indications that she is not interested anymore? Besides her not replying to my text or flaking.

I definitely threw myself in the friend zone. Do I next her?

I fucked up that one. Every time there is a silence in the conversation, I always fill them. Those topics were came out of my head and that was the last nail in the coffin.

I forgot to include which day and only asked her to meet me. She asked if it's Saturday or Sunday.

It's ridiculous having an irrational fear of approaching women. The realization that I won't be seeing them again if they reject me.

I guess the hook-up part is what gets me all the time. The thought that there might be something more than it should be.

From what I posted, absolutely. English is not my native language so thanks for pointing that out. I think I don't even have SMV to be honest.

There were signs that this wasn't going well. My gut told me but I refused to take action. I would hesistate every single time. Give different kinds of excuses that I couldn't even understand. I would make up it to her to compensate for my awful behavior. I'm just not happy anymore. I love her and I was hoping that she feels the same way. Never have I been so wrong. She loves me differently.

I'd always thought she was special. But then I realized I'm delusional since she's the only I've been with so far. It's retarded for me to think this could work out in my current condition.

Well that is to be expected. It wasn't meant for bragging how much I fucked up. I wrote everything down right away to prevent editing myself and making excuses. This is how I think.

That sounds about right. She's around 7. Way out of my league. That's why I feel pathetic about myself.

Well I grew up in a feminine environment. I was raised by both my grandmother and mother. I also have siblings who are girls. So you can say that I'm a sissy. A man who acts like a woman. I guess it's impossible that a man could possess such traits.

You fucked up. Not because she's so much better than you, but because you never tried to become better than yourself. I always tried to improve myself but never really worked. I think I'm doing it wrong. It always felt weird trying to patch holes instead of starting from scratch.

I guess now is a good time to say goodbye. The more I fix something in this relationship, the more likely I screw up.

I'm guilty of ruining someone in a relationship mentally. She endured all of it and gave up in the end. It looks like I'm not ready for any relationship as long as I don't look out for myself first.

She was a great person before I fucked her up. It's basically my fault that she cheated on me. I'm short-tempered especially when someone says that I'm wrong. My emotions would take over instead of rationalize. I yell instead of discussing properly. I've toned down on my bad behaviors if it weren't for her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
