It's been more than 600 days for me, and it does get better everyday... I think I should be around the 700 mark soon and I must tell you I don't even remember her and if i do it's usually associated with negative situations.. so you will be fine trust me

I am sorry to hear that.. look I see where you're coming from, you wanna be the good guy and of course you wanna be there for the kids, but know this: unfortunately you cannot fix the world ! If she did truly love you she wouldn't have cheated on you.. I honestly think you should get out of there RUN FOR YOUR LIFE... Unfortunately the cycle will keep recurring even though you are trying to hang on a thread .. just let go .. good luck

Its true it's a difficult decision when kids are involved... Just try to do what's best for them and for you of course.. it does sound that she sees you an ATM, if you are partners then she would also help out with bringing food to the table I think ! Good luck

For some reason it's almost always the case.. same experience here, and looking back at it now, after having my first son everything crumbled ... I have come to believe that it might be a genetics sort of mechanism.. obviously all the attention and work needs to be focused on the new life ... In my experience, my ex wife started talking about divorce for the very first time shortly after my first son was born. I remember that I stayed then because I thought it was probably due to the drastic cha…

It's part of the process, even if now you might think it's the end and feel like things will not get better.. you will recover and you will get better ... Of course you might still feel sad at times, but the frequency decreases with time.. I am telling you from my own experience ... Two years ago I went through the whole thing ... Lost my house, the love of my life, son and (the cherry on top) my job. Fast forward, 2024 I am back up and stronger than ever ! Still alone, but Feeling happy most of…

Being able to sleep alone is the best feeling ever man, make it your space and make it as comfortable as you wish ! I understand it's difficult at the beginning, but you get used to it and then you start loving it 😬 good luck

It definitely sucks.... The last time I read a book for my son to sleep in what used to be home for me was definitely the saddest moment I've ever lived ... Been almost two years now .. like some said, the good thing is that you can have your own man cave and be happy about it.. but I don't think I have still healed from that moment , it haunts me on and off .. he wants me to be there with him and I think he doesn't totally understand still why I am not there anymore .. he's 6 and we've been so …

Don't worry you will feel better soon, it's ok to take out, feel it... But in time you will realize everything will be ok ... Hold on you can do it 💪

I must admit, I find it ridiculous too, but then again adoption is always an option 😬

It's true it's never a 100% the fault of one ... It takes two to tango ! People who think it's 100% the fault of the other are delusional and will not be able to heal as they are not taking responsibility as well to their own doing... To start with, nobody had a gun pointed to their head before getting married for example ... Starting from there it's already 50/50 🤣

Unfortunately some women think their happiness or unhappiness is because of the people who probably love them the most... They end up going to therapists and they end up abandoning the ship and let it all burn in a pursuit of happiness... What they don't understand is that happiness comes from within and it doesn't really depend on their significant other ... Unfortunately, many therapists just say what their clients want to hear, they even make them believe that cheating is ok and normal ... Su…

Exactly, you don't wanna be sleeping next to someone who might change their mind overnight and "stop loving you"... I sure can't live with that...

It's a very difficult situation, I knew just from the beginning that when it's this type of sudden "I don't love you anymore " it's because there is a 3rd party involved. I am so sorry to hear that! I feel your pain, I've been there... I also tried to amend things with my ex because I value family unity for the sake of my son.. it didn't work out though, I found out she was still actively looking for the guy outside of the office, even though she promised to keep it "professional" as they worked…

From my own experience, usually they would have thought about it for such a long time before. It may feel sudden to you, but really it's not sudden at all for them.. and I think most probably everything was not ok! You were just not paying attention to all the signs, trust me , I have had a similar story ... If you think it's out of nothing then you will never be able to improve and avoid falling in the same place again.. you need to be honest with yourself and figure out what you did wrong, no …

I don't want to be negative, but just give it some time, it's probably a rebound... You need to take time to heal first, 10 years is a long time in my POV. Good luck

I feel your pain! Passing through the same thing, so frustrating, with all the debts due to divorce I cannot even afford a trip to see my child that I love so much .... Hang on brother

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
