| 5 | Married mum and teacher, 43, who had sex with student, 17, accused her husband of 'neglect' as she faces 10 years in prisonI don’t disagree. My personal opinion is that it’s morally wrong, ethically wrong, should be against school policy, and should be against the law. And according to whichever state this was it was against the law and is, in fact, rape. But it’s interesting to think that in a different state where age of consent is one year younger, this rapist would not be getting fired instead of prosecuted and fired. And who knows, I’m sure this is some kind of school out there that doesn’t have a policy agains… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 10/04/25 03:33 PM |
| 2 | Married mum and teacher, 43, who had sex with student, 17, accused her husband of 'neglect' as she faces 10 years in prisonIs this a state where age of consent is over 17? At the end of the day, even if this 17 year old is 18/19/20, still ick. Not that an age difference is a problem, but by 43 years old you should realize by then that age of consent doesn’t accurately reflect that 17/18/19/20 is still children. | 6 | "Rape"- When it's an adult with a minor it's called "RAPE"I didn’t see praise. Seems to be more of a general acknowledgment of statutory rape and an implication that it maybe wasn’t a traumatic experience for the victim the way other rapes are for other victims. Edit: And before anyone responds, I agree with OPs title. Stop fucking around and refusing to acknowledge that this course of action is literally defined as rape. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 15/12/21 04:55 PM |
| 7 | Call it rape. However, there are men who may not want the child for various reasons (maybe they don’t feel they can properly care for a child because of their own immaturity, lack of familial support, lack of financial ability/stability, or in this case rape), but when their own child comes into the world they don’t want to just “opt out” of their child’s life. So now they are forced into this position of having a child they didn’t want to force into the world, but the life is here and exists and they won’t j… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 13/05/21 09:54 PM |
