I would have thought saying "is such a burden" after what is clearly not that big of a burden would have been indication that, while expressing that viewpoint, I wasn't agreeing with it. But jesus christ it seems like I sorely overestimated you and many others. Next time I'll use italics and /s.

Actually it is a talking point. Women being the more educated gender now means they are struggling to find partners since it is not personally and socially acceptable for women to pair downwards. Shortage of eligible men is such a burden.
