Here is what I did, Smoked for 8 years, every day. Switched to vape and gum and patches and went back and forth many times. I finally said enough was enough, and I got the book “easy way to quit smoking” by Allen Carr. It saved me. I also prayed 3 times a day. A combo of spirituality and that book and I finally was freed from the bondage of nicotine. That’s my method that worked for me, granted I am only 11 months removed from nicotine.

Can’t testify to smaller other locations.
