Generally what i do is i can (sense) when the right time is to escalate but for you it may be diff So for you if you can hold a convo i would try to direct her attention elsewhere then touch her pretty quickly on her elbow or elsewhere this will land that first touch and im that much further With enouph experience you will be able to sense if you want more detailed information pm me
