3	Advice for 17 y o You're doing good. Read the sidebar multiple times as well. Experience is 10x better than following a book so go out and talk with women and get shut down many times. You most definitely will not be able to stop gaming completely imo. Reduce the amount of time you spend gaming until you dint play anymore. 1	How to do a successful monk mode? I'm in the same situation. In my case. From Australia, the federal government blocks the use of some websites. But there are always ways to get around this. The search engine DuckDuckGo might work for you. Another option is to get a vpn. And finally, getting an unorthodox brower. I use Tor. Due it not being illegal in Australia.
