I'd argue that what he did was more wrong. It's not just, 'Oh he flashed some people', it's he flashed people who have been the victims of rape and who would understandably be enraged. I don't think you're considering what him flashing them even means. In that crowd, there are people raising awareness for rape, both men and women, and some of those men and women have been raped.
