Not everyone has AA. I've seen people go out and talk to every single person they see. It's hard to overcome but it is possible. You just have to get into state. One week I was talking to girls everyday then I abruptly stopped for whatever reason and I just can't seem to do it anymore.

True, I guess it really comes off as the type of person you are. People see me as the chill/relaxed type of person so I don't come off as "creepy". I do know what to say. Admitting to a girl "you don't know what to say" makes you look like an idiot, no offence. The easiest openers are making conversation with some slight teasing about something she's wearing or a book she's reading. You could even ask a girl with headphones on what she's listening to if you can get those headphones out of her ears.
