Appearance: Yes appearance is important however don’t be worried because around 80% of us are average looking as a baseline. With this in mind style becomes much more important. True confidence is understanding that some situations can’t be controlled no matter what you do or say and accept it. 7	Flawed mindsets Part 2: "Just focus on yourself" The logic here is flawed. Yes running would improve the marathon time but so would doing squats and eating healthier. Therefore doing the skill is not the only way to improve your performance at it. Without the two things I mentioned the runner would never reach their peak possible performance.
