I'm pretty sure that this also happens to people who sleep too little without using caffeine... Caffeine isn't the root cause here

Take dancing classes! 1) you'll get to meet women in a way that is not forced and you'll have a mutual topic to talk about. Easy practice! 2) Talking to women and having bodily contact will improve your self-esteem 3) Women love guys that can dance.

Well, I actually did some research on the topic once (for a YT video I made). Apparently women look for guys that display humor because it shows that they have social skills, confidence and a certain status in society. But guys are not specifically looking for women that do make jokes. They look more for girls that laugh with their jokes as this is a sign of potential interest. Personally, I like girls with who I can have a funny conversation. But I think that you can overdo the jokes if you j…

Wait... Are you just too tired to meet new people / not in the mood? Or are you too shy? Because there's a huuuuuuge difference of what might be the cause...

Hi there, As you can see above, I made a video about what humour is, why it is so important in our social life and how to be funny. Research has shown that humour is very important when looking for potential mates, even more important than just having good looks. Men display a certain level of intelligence and social skills by using humour, which is attractive for women. The reasons why it's so attractive to women is that having intelligence and social skills indicated that you have good genes. …

I've been dating this girl who tended to respond really slow, even though she always had her phone with her. Some people are just not that much into texting I guess.

Wait it out for a day or two... Don't directly dive into it, you shouldn't give it away too much ;) But don't wait to long either!

Did you specifically ask whether she was looking for a relationship? That is definitely not a smart thing to do... Anyways, she refused to hug, it's a total no-go. Don't even bother.

Assuming that it was a supermarket she was just sitting there in her store uniform, right? Those things most often look like a bag, so she probably felt just like you. The guy above here is totally right ;)

Yups, this is how it works... They are really good at sensing whether you're interested or not. By a great guy, but don't chase them to much, that doesn't work.

Hi everyone, It's been a while since I visited this sub, but today, I decided to make a new post. I hope you like it! A few weeks ago, I encountered US patent 20080040131. It's a patent claimed by Erik von Markovik, a.k.a. Mystery, in the patent he claims the right to teach his Mystery Method. In this video, I'm going to check how trustworthy the techniques in this patent actually are by using scientific papers. It does turn out that Mystery did some really decent research. Check out the video…

But is having a type of people really racist? Even when it's based on ethnicity? Ofc, people will probably think different of it in different countries

What if it's not a shit-test but an opinion? I mean, you're probably not equally interested in different ethnicities either. I would just joke about it or let it slide.

How close is she to your ex? If they're close, I would be careful. Maybe you should just ask her for a drink or something? But try not to make it too obvious that you're going on a date...

I guess the same as any other girl? Maybe try not to be too "alpha" and direct but more intellectual. This might still depend on the kind of girl though...

Great tip! Also remember that it's most likely way easier to start talking to people if you have some acquaintances that both of you know.

Hi guys, In PUA forums, you often find advice on how to become an Alpha Male. However, I noticed that you don’t have to be that “strong leader guy”. Just knowing how to use your words, how to give people attention and being confident will do most of the job. I think all of us know some people who are no alpha male but who can still get plenty of girls. So, especially for you guys, I made a video on what charisma (a.k.a. Big D*ck Energy) is. Moreover, having charisma doesn’t only help you with th…

Hi guys, Last week I posted a video in this sub about some academic research related to how important humour, etc. are when flirting with a girl. The topic triggered quite some reactions. So I was wondering what people would think of this video about playing hard to get. I'd love to hear your opinions about why playing hard to get works! Willem P.S.: don't take the joke about PUA's too personal ;) References: Cialdini, R.B. Hi man! Great post :) About the depressive replies; I've experienced the same... Last week I posted a video about how humour, storytelling, etc. is more important than being attractive. It got a lot of attention, but 90% of the comments were really negative... So yeah, That's how this subreddit works I guess?

Well, I honestly am REALLY surprised about the amount of discussion I'm getting here. I mean from people that don't agree with me as well as how much reaction this video gets as a whole. I do have to agree with them that looks do matter; I think we can agree that we would prefer pretty women as well. However, I agree with you that I do think that many people overestimate the importance of looks (here and in real life, I have friends who are so taken up by the idea that looks do matter). Off co…

I mostly do agree with you. However, I once read a post that (apparently) younger women are more into wild, strong men while older women are more into the more "fatherly" type. So I guess here it depends on what girls you like. But well, we can start arguing about every little detail... I guess I'll have to agree with you, maybe I focused a bit too much on long-term relationships for this kind of forum.

Whatever people say, don't try to escalate it too quickly. This is going to scare her of as well. It remains weird that she doesn't answer at all though... But I can imagine that asking how her day was doesn't spark much interest. But you never know, maybe something went wrong in her private life (e.g. a relative who died) or something. I would just let her be and text her again in maybe two weeks.

of status and game you need to transcend being in great shape or to be perceived as good looking (style) is enormous. Anyone knows this in the field if they're honest with themselves. The idea that you can frame and game your way out of this You've got a fair point! However, during medieval times more "voluptuous" people were seen as more attractive as it was a sign of higher status. (Skinnier or muscular people worked on the countryside, they had less food.) Physicality and what is attractive…

There's a lot of factors that might make a difference! I would say: when you go out, take a wingman who can give you some comments on whatever you are doing ;) It's always nice to get some feedback.

Absolutely ;) Just kidding! In the end it's not that you either have to be attractive or funny. There's a lot of factors that might have an influence. If I look at myself 5-6 years ago; I was skinny, shy and not good with women. Now, I'm still not the guy that can pick up every chick but I'm doing better! And why? God knows...

od posture will hide the fact that you've got a belly and little noodle arms. It's like laying a fine silk sheet over a pile of shit. Exercising and practicing nutritional discipline is basically cheating in pick up when compared to someone that doesn't do these things. Stop Well, whether you are a pile of shit or not, it's better to look like you actually have some status on this planet instead of wearing some trashbag clothes. Why is working out cheating? I mean, it might be if you want to sed…

Thanks for the reply! I did shortly (2 sentences) also dive into that ;) Taking care of yourself (grooming, posture, clothing) already can make quite some difference. Of course, working out every now and then works as well because you will get in better shape. Looks definitely do matter but it's not that much about the genes that you got from your parents. There's a lot that one can do about himself.
