Start lifting and just observe the world around youYeah, well that's kind of besides the point if you can eat healthy at McD, because i only used it as to referr to unhealthy food. 4000kcals of coca cola and twinkies, and deep fried shit then. | /r/TheRedPill | 06/09/15 02:52 AM
Start lifting and just observe the world around youNuts is extremely dense in calories though, and lots of fat in avocado. | /r/TheRedPill | 06/09/15 02:08 AM
Start lifting and just observe the world around youIt's kinda rare to see people that actually eat healthy to get fat though. Most people that are fat and claim they eat healthy sneak a snickers three times a day, and downs four pints of cola when they get home. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/09/15 02:41 PM
Start lifting and just observe the world around youNo reason to wait. The muscle will always be there below the blubber, if you manage to put it on. If you diet without proper exercise, what you will find under the layers of fat will be a holocaust survivors body. The body burns tissue irregardless when you diet hard, muscle and fat. You should be weight training even though you wont see progress until you get down to a reasonable bf, it's going to pay off in the end. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/09/15 02:34 PM
Start lifting and just observe the world around youDepends on the type of fat too though. This might be broscience, but i'd argue 4000 kcal of avocados and cashew nuts will get you further than eating 4000kcal of McDonalds. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/09/15 02:28 PM
The Unknowing Chad.Had a friend a while back ago have his girl push through an open relationship. He said OK, why not. Cut to about 6 months later, he had started going to the gym and was fucking girls left and right, and she could barely pull the fat guys from clubs. She wanted to renegotiate the open relationship at that point, because she realized it wasn't at all what she had envisioned. He said fine, we're done. It's like a modern fairy tale.. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/08/15 12:20 AM
