1	Man's view on IUDs Man.. I wish I could get rid of mine. But it’s the most effective method. I have tried everything else that’s on the market, even different brands of IUDs. And the one that worked the best for me (by best, I mean the least shitty option) is the Mirena. Reading other women’s experiences in the comments and OP’s story.. it all makes so much sense now.
