So i will preface this by saying dont read it as argumentative but as advice. Im gonna be honest, you are seeing one side of the coin and not the other. Whether that is from the nature of the subreddit that you moderate or from something external but it is causing you to seem extremely against male rights. This is why you are drawing the comments that you are recieving on this sub. There are a number of people who are anti feminist within this sub, there are a large number of people who are anti…

You seem to be stereotyping this subreddit into complete anti feminists though. The fact you consider the MRA a problem is kinda worrying in the sense that you don’t consider parts of all movements worrying., for example the killallmen tag that is going around surely makes you sceptical about some parts of feminism? Secondly, the other commenter does seem like he is picking fights about the infrastructure rather than doing anything constructive. There are male resources but they are very scarce …

I for one don't know what it's like in places such as the U.S. But where I live it's quite common for restrooms to have them in vending machines. I would be all for an argument that all restrooms should require a machine that dispenses such goods. The only issue I have with the article is the same as you say. The fact they want them to be 'free' and the fact they label it as inequality.

The article is basically a campaign with no foundation. How is there any inequality at all? What do men get for free that women don't? It's articles like these which give people campaigning for 'EQUAL' rights a bad name. The biological need for tampons is there, it's something which does happen to the vast majority of women and cannot be changed easily. But the issue is the campaign for "free" tampons. It is: A- Not free and will use taxpayer (Male and Females money towards it) B- Not realistic.…

Referring to the previous statement, men need roughly between 300 and 800 calories more than women each day depending on excercise and weight. A pack of tampons is £1 for 8 (depending on how many a women used a day can be an expensive week.) A curry pot noodle for example is £1 for 392 calories. Which would be the extra calories per day (I realise you can buy something cheaper but like someone said, you have cheaper alternatives like unbranded pads and tampons). You would need a pot noodle a day…

Can I just point out that with a name like red ruby scarlet your practically giving off an aura of danger. It's like oh red wasn't enough here's two more shades of red.

Damn, a feminist in highschool. That's already a terrible start. Ask them to give you an example of a job where men get paid more. Then when they give you an example tell them that if a man was doing the exact same job and was the same age and same skill. They would get paid the same.

I don't know really, just read it out in a sarcastic voice haha, glad you think it's an achievement, I suppose I just make myself so busy with hobbies that I don't care what people think, then I remember what it was like and don't want others to go through it...

Haha you have far more experience than me then, me and my girlfriend have only been dating 10 months and have had 1 argument so far so I think we are doing well... Although we are massive nerds haha. I guess most relationships are whatever suits the people in it. Glad to hear that you and your S.O can talk properly though, it seems to be a thing that is lacking in couples now a days.

Was it maybe a bit long haha, can't tell if it's a sarcastic comment or serious 😁 although either is fine

I completely agree though, arguments are natural, I just wouldn't want her to see me in a bad way... It may be just me as I have only been in one serious relationship (being a 19 year old) but I don't like the concept of arguing as in shouting/fighting... If it's a civilised conversation I am fully behind that. I also understand that most people want something, but most of the time I just want her to be happy rather than myself...

I agree completely, I don't like being upfront completely but I also don't like upsetting her and she can get upset by things like that... By backlash I meant as in starting an argument over it, I can't stand people who argue for no reason and I personally see it as not a reason to argue. She could just say no rather than arguing, that is what I would want to happen. In terms of learning, I like her being happy so if she disagrees I prefer to know rather than the other option...

Yeah that's probably the more "correct" way of saying it.

I got to a point like this in my life... Just already less successful. I got bullied about my weight all through secondary school (like a British version of middle school I think) and went through 5 years of it with no friends except people I knew online... My first year in college I was a social car crash, scared to talk to anyone and no self confidence at all... My parents didn't recognise anything that I did and usually didn't bother trying to cheer me up. At this point I was in a dark place …

Me and my girlfriend have a pretty good understanding and I feel as though asking her is fine. I would never be bothered if she said no or seemed not in the mood, just the fact that I can ask her is nice. I feel as though it depends on the person, me and my girlfriend are extremely easygoing people that love dark comedy so I don't know if that has any effect but just try to always be honest and if your partner reacts badly, don't argue just say you were asking :) Also I agree with the person who…

Ask them what their job is, when they respond with something like gender studies ask them why they didn't do STEM instead. This is usually accurate for like 40% of feminists.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
