Check out meetup.com There are get togethers based on interests, hobbies, etc. it’s a good way to meet new friends. Also does your church offer any activities? Many churches have men’s groups for get togethers.

What meds are u on? Maybe you need more of an antidepressant than what you’re on. Give yourself some grace on the porn. Everyone jacks off. Do what u gotta do to get through this. Exercise will release endorphins that will help your depression. Hang in there bud.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. My entire world was turned upside down about 8yrs ago. I found out my then wife was leading a double life. There’s so much to list…at least 5yrs worth of affairs, seeking sex partners on Craig’s List, lying about having Cancer. I feel your pain. My advice in the early days is just focus on surviving-day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute. There is hope…you just have to keep going. I’m now happily remarried and my two kids are doing well.
