1	Too much jogging 'as bad as no exercise at all' I was fat in HS so I started running since I didn't know better and it was free. I post 80 pounds. Clothes on I looked really good, shit off I looked meh. Ate all my muscle away. 7 days a week between 3 to 10 miles a day depending on time. Got older, learned more about exercise so now I limit my cardio to 20 min a day max and focus on strength in the gym. I'm seeing results much quicker this way.
