Autistic man mistreated, and a "feminist" group mocked it and muted me for respectful disagreement. The way people bring up their own anecdotal examples of Autistic people in their live is so dumb. People seem to be completely unaware of the fact that it's a spectrum that effects different individuals completely differently. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 26/05/26 02:34 AM
The New Yorker's Article on the "Centrist Manosphere"I just finished reading that article and so must of it is based on straw man arguments it's not funny. A lot of these articles are based on the perceptive of what these guys say, but not a lot of their opinions are based on quotes that confirm any of their biases. Then there are things like the suicide issue which she dismisses as it's ' narrowing', in the it's changed from 5 to 1. What isn't clear is whether the total amount has decreased, which would be more relevant. It may be that suicide ra… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 14/11/25 06:21 AM
They say patriarchy also hurts men, but if patriarchy hurts men do we really live in a patriarchal society? It's all a bit of a circular argument the way that it's used. They'll claim that patriarchy harms men, but then when men express concern about the issues they face, they'll then say that they have nothing to complain about as a result of patriarchy. It's a bit of a contradictory argument because on the one hand they'll claim that men are disadvantaged by patriarchy enforced by other men, which is not an unreasonable statement. But then they'll also say 'men did this to themselves', implying that… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 02/11/25 03:59 AM

I've never heard any man complain about the "male loneliness epidemic" yet feminists cannot shut up about how they "don't care."It was a phrase that was used in relation to an article about lack of friendships men. The irony is that the sarcastic way in which feminists use completely missing the point, as it had nothing to do with sexuality or dates with women to begin with. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 06/06/25 05:42 AM
The mockery of male lonelinessWhat I find interesting is the assumptions that are made about this. The idea that if a man faces loneliness it must be because he's a misogynist or a 'shitty person', which in my experience is very inaccurate. I haven't seen much correlation with guys I've met who face lonelines and their moral character. There are lots of great people who are respectful of others who feel lonely all the time, it just seems to me to be a very dismissive and stigmatising way of looking at things. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 24/05/25 05:04 AM
Why autistic men are seen as 'low' value.Autistic men are basically viewed as a bunch of misogynistic/incel types. We're always accused of using our Autism as an excuse for bad behaviour. Guys on the Autism spectrum get labelled with every negative stereotypes under the book, even when we're just explaining the circumstance we go through and the reasons for others perceptions of us. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 03/12/24 07:02 AM
