Thinking other men are all beta males is the sign of being a beta male. Sounds very insecure. If he was confident in himself as “that guy” or an alpha or whatever he wouldn’t care that much about other men or worry if he could fight them. This is not the Roman Empire, he’s worried about the wrong things.

Men always have and always will give women attention for merely existing. And that goes for friend circles too, looks are the deciding factor if he wants to pursue and then her personality either confirms or retracts his attraction to her. But the bar there is pretty low, whereas girls could disqualify a guy for one thing he said, men take the innocent until proven crazy approach where she just has to be nice to talk to and it’s gonna be a yes from him. I guess where maybe you’re right is if he …

Pre selection is a marker women look at for competency when determining attraction to a man, just like they evaluate his ability to provide and lead. It’s all subconscious, but men process it differently because those things don’t hurt or help their attraction in the same way.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 07:36 PM

Pre selection is biological because extra male attention for a girl makes her less attractive while extra female attention for a guy makes him more attractive. I just don’t understand your unwillingness to admit that there is any sort of biological factors in dating and relationships. Most other animals have biological “gender roles” that are there for a reasons. And it’s pretty clear that what attracts women and men to each other is different.

Disagree but ok, it has nothing to do with influence or control by the way. If a 10/10 girl walks up to a guy and wants to sleep with him and she tells him she lives in her parents basement with no job playing video games all day it won’t matter he’ll still sleep with her. The biological reasons show up in other imbalanced gender dynamics not just about providing, such as how men don’t want women who have a super high body count because they don’t want competitors for their mate. Women use prese…

I don’t know how else to explain it other than it is definitely biological. Women find losers who don’t do anything unattractive, they find men who have a lot going for them and ability to provide very attractive. You’re just too wrapped up in the 50s dynamic.

It’s not about income it’s about what it represents, which shows competence, hard work, motivation. Which from a pure survival instinct women need to feel safe and provided for so their children have the best chance. I’m sure you can find a study correlating this, it’s very widely known and understood. The more money a man makes shows a greater ability at providing. It’s why in dating a man having no job or ambition is a turn off to women while the roles reversed of a woman having no job or ambi…

No man is gonna want to stay home raising kids while his wife is more successful than him. Thats where the biological piece comes in where men do things cause that’s how they’re wired. How much the woman does things is kind of up to personal choices or goals. It’s also selection bias, where a man who is satisfied staying home all the time is probably not going to be as attractive to marry for women because deep down their biological instinct to be provided for isn’t met even if they themselves a…

Not necessarily the gender of the people raising the kids but more so that it’s not their own parents. I don’t know how many stay at home men there are out there but let’s be real it’s uncommon for a reason so kids will spend the most amount of time with either their mother, or more likely a female caregiver. I don’t know how much worse off a kid would be if they’re raised essentially not by their own parents but it’s not ideal.

Well having the woman home for child-rearing is actually helpful to their development even if no one wants to admit it cause it’s not politically correct. Day care can be fine and is more and more and common and necessary when both parents work, but there is a real advantage to family development with this strategy in addition to someone dedicated to keeping the house tidy. But yes you’re right that these aren’t some natural biological roles. The worse career trajectory for the woman alone is en…

Here’s the thing, I generally consider myself level-headed and normally I find getting into drawn out arguments in comments section a waste of time and pointless. But the level of detachment from reality in every one of your responses is crazy, like I’ve never seen someone with such a lack of perspective for the male dating experience. I’m not sure if you’re a feminist or not, but you sound like a lot of them in that they take their internalized hatred of men, and then used that as their base wo…

Not wasting time responding to all that. You clearly have zero sympathy for men in dating at all even after I said I understand that women have to put in work too. But I’m not gonna just sit here and tolerate you pretending that women have to do all this work and men have to do nothing. You think men being attracted to normal-looking women is some grand privilege because it’s hard for them to look that way and yet men having to meet the ever-increasing beauty standards set by hypergamy in the cu…

Most men wouldn't recognize an average women if they were trapped in a building with her and they certainly wouldn't be willing to date her. Most men think fashion models are what "average" women look like. Yeah that’s just not true. Having long hair and being a normal weight (as a general standard) as I previously stated does not mean every guy will only date fashion models. Most women meet that standard unless they’re older. The average women only gets dates if she spends thousands of dollars …

The level of denial and delusion here is insane. The average woman has no problem getting any dates she wants. The average guy is not getting dates especially in younger men. “Privileged spoiled brats” what exactly would make you think that when everything we know about average men in dating would suggest otherwise? Unattractive men don’t put in effort but that’s not an advantage for them—they get zero interest from women cause of it. An extremely beautiful woman just has to exist and she’s gett…

Well clearly you have no interest in having sympathy for men so I’ll just rest my case. The fact that you just dismissed what I said about the barber is hilariously you clearly know nothing about men’s hair. And you missed the entire point of my previous comment. I was just acknowledging that both genders have to put in work to be attractive, and you still just completely dismissed men for no reason.

Sure yeah looking good and healthy does require some time, money, and thought. Same thing for men. We have to go to the gym almost every day to maintain an acceptable physique to attractive women, even if the gym is something we don’t naturally gravitate towards or enjoy doing. We also have to track calories and weight just as strictly as women do. Haircuts from a decent barber are not cheap and that’s every single month. The stuff you see online about women saying “how dare you approach me” or feeling super uncomfortable is a bunch of ragebait for views. Cold approaches especially on campuses do work there’s plenty of videos of people out there who are successful with it you just need to have some game and understand how to do it properly. I agree that dating within your friend circle isn’t ideal, but if the girl you want to date is in it then I’d rather try than not try. There are certain scenarios where it’s k…

This same debate topic has been posted like 5 times in a row in the last couple days lol. We get it you want average normal guys who have zero interest in dating overweight moms to date them because that’s “their equal.” I do agree that most men are somewhat delusional about their chances with the women they want. Many are however aware and have begun self improvement. Though many have also dropped out, cause I guess they’d rather date no one. Can’t blame em honestly.

Any woman who thinks they have to put in all this work to meet the “artificial doll” beauty standards are delusional because that’s not the beauty standard unless you’re in like Miami or something. 90% of it is just having long hair and being a normal weight, and maybe wearing natural makeup, that’s literally it. From there you’ll attract different guys based on individual preferences but that’s mainly the gist. Most guys do want natural women, not sure where you’re hearing all this from.

Well if women are much more emotional than men they’re naturally going to feel the emotions of the relationship more, it doesn’t mean guys want to pretend that’s what they want to hear about all the time. I think it’s emotional compatibility that you’re pointing out as a specific problem in some but making it seem like it’s in every couple. If a guy who is basically avoidant attachment is with an anxious attachment girl, that’s an incompatibility. He’s never going to want to hear about all the e…

I’m not even saying I personally worry about or do the things I listed I’m saying you’re making it seem like there’s no double standard. If a girl asks you if she looks fat in a particular outfit, and you say no to make her feel good when you’re lying how is that any different than what you’re describing women do to protect men’s egos? It’s all the same of trying not to bruise a fragile ego by not expressing how you really feel. And your entire post is extremely vague about what exactly women av…

It’s not about holding a dead animal though it’s about showing they were excited about their hobby. I literally never once thought about fishing pictures being bad because it has a dead animal until reading through these comments. Well of course it has a fish, it shows he was successful! If there was no fish in the picture and he’s just sitting on a boat that’d be awkward and show that maybe he’s terrible at fishing.

Wtf is this post? As if men don’t have to walk on eggshells never telling their girl she looks fat if she does look fat. And if you do one wrong thing she’ll get the ick for literally no reason at all. Not to mention women will get triggered if a man ever says what he actually thinks about politics or gender roles. And obviously I know that men will have varying politics but in general they always lean more conservative but are forced to seem more palatable and agreeable to sound good.

I didn’t say I truly wanted that, just that it’s something that’s very easy to be jealous of cause it’s basically unfathomable to 99% of guys.

As a Christian myself, although God didn’t stop those men in the Old Testament from having multiple wives, he never said it was the best way. In fact those stories show how men cannot fully love all of those women well at once. And elsewhere in the rest of the Bible one man and one wife is what is preached. I do think humans really are monogamous creatures but because we’re lustful beings too unfaithfulness happens.

Right but it’s not supposed to be so hard that the vast majority of women just don’t like you

That is why men resent women in the current dating landscape. Anybody with an attractive girl had to work to be a good enough guy just to get with her, and even after that they have to constantly look over their shoulder that she’ll stay faithful despite continuing to receive male attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/25 02:16 AM

Eh not really actively jealous just the idea that it’s possible to experience that kind of attention from women as a guy, but knowing it will never happen. Probably for my sake it’s for the best cause it’s hard to remain faithful in those situations. I’d rather be with 1 woman 20,000 times than with 20,000 women 1 time in the words of the great Wilt Chamberlain.

Women do too, except when they do it they always say they’re a 10, mainly because when they get at least some male validation and are always told they’re pretty by friends on IG they’ll start to really believe it. And I honestly doubt there are very many true 2s and 3s who think they’re a 7. A real 2 is severely unattractive and may have deformities or very clear hindrances to their appearance.

Rage bait take. So I’m a 23 year old guy and if I want a 18-24 year old girl who is not overweight (this is the truth), you’re gaslighting me for wanting that because it’s SO much better than the average who is a 40 year old overweight woman. Like what? There’s plenty of attractive young women around if you’re in the right social situations. And one can always just move to a college town if it’s that important to them lol. This is a wild take lol. If you believe straight men being so addicted to porn that they need gay porn to feel something is just a sign they’re gay and not a sign of the greater issues with pornography I don’t know what to say.

I’d argue there’s actually overrating of women by men in general, since the average girl is usually attractive to most men. The average guy is probably only attractive to 30-40% of women, so they might be getting underrated technically. I was just speaking hypothetically, but with how hypergamy works that bears out what I was saying. The percentage of men 18-24 who are tall and muscular isn’t a huge number either, so I’m not sure your point here.

She’s popular because she’s the hyper feminine submissive male fantasy, but as I said women have fantasies they wouldn’t actually act out in real life either. Also I doubt many men want a girl to say “UwU” unironically on a first date. They do want a real human being otherwise no man would pursue real relationships they’d just go to prostitutes all the time.

I guess that’s fair, I’d say Delphine is a fairly niche aesthetic though. But characters in video games are always going to be overly stylized and that’s for both male and female characters. Men would complain if Kratos in god of war was just some shrimpy guy. I’d compare the whole phenomenon to how women can have more taboo or risky sexual fantasies they might read in an erotic novel that perhaps they wouldn’t actually desire in real life. It doesn’t mean the average guy wants a woman who looks…

There are literally thousands of men out there who have said they’re into trans or gay porn when they’re straight. That is NOT normal and that desire would not have been there if porn didn’t exist. Porn is also essentially a drug which has been proven through research. It requires more and more extreme hits to give the same pleasure over time, resulting in more extreme genres, etc. I hate to state the obvious but that is not normal either. I would disagree strongly here. The consumption of porn is probably the number one thing making men have unrealistic standards in dating. Big boobs, bbl butts, etc. They’re trying to make a niche preference the most widely attractive thing and that’s distorting men’s view. And those are usually all from plastic surgery. Porn also propagates incest fantasies as if they are normal when most healthy guys do not think about that and should not be thinking about, but when it’s literally the first thi…

So all attractive women are sex dolls? I thought you just said men are lowering their standards just so they can have sex? Also although the complaints about the video games you listed are probably as dumb and shallow as you’re describing, it’s also game developers fault when literally every female character in male-dominated games for decades have been sexualized. It’s paradoxical I know but I’m just relaying how men think. It’s more about the perception of male attention. Any attractive girl is going to have lots of male attention and probably a body count to reflect that. He just doesn’t want to know. He doesn’t want to think about any of that stuff. He wants to feel like she chose him and isn’t entertaining any other guys. As I said in another reply on this thread, it’s mainly biological in that men have an instinct to fend off competition for a woman.…

I probably shouldn’t have used the examples of 100 people. I think anyone of either sex should be turned off by a partner with a body count that high. It’s definitely an extreme, though for the purposes of the original question it’s kind of ironic since most celebrity men would have a count pretty high up there and that clearly is not stopping any women from lusting over them. I’m not sure if female celebrities it would be that high but they’re celebrities so no one is gonna care.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 04:45 AM

High value men still are just as lustful as average guys, see Anthony Edwards or Tyreek Hill. But because literally every girl is throwing it at them they get to be more picky and are more used to it. They take on the role that women normally do to filter out the bad ones and have their pick, since they have to do virtually none of the pursuing.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 04:37 AM
1

Well I’m probably the wrong person to ask because I’m a virgin guy who’s waiting for marriage but I think secular women would rather have a guy who’s been with 100 girls and is experienced than one who’s been with zero. Of course it’s probably better that the guy doesn’t say that or brag about it but point remains. Also there is a real biological double standard. Women value men who receive attention from other women (preselection) while men really don’t like when their girl or the one they’re i…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 04:34 AM
-2

Yeah I agree, but even though neither side may admit it, women not putting out is beneficial to both sides. Men naturally want a woman with a lower body count and less male attention, so making it harder increases her value to them. Additionally it forces men to step up their game, hence why self improvement, game, and looksmaxxing are so big because ultimately men are realizing you can’t be a complete loser and just get sex. It’s kind of like how competition drives innovations in industry.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 04:25 AM

Because as a guy do you really want a girl who’s been ran through by 100 dudes? Thats why. Is it fair? No. Is it reality. Yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 04:22 AM
15

Fair but we’re talking you have to be a literal top 1% or better guy to get this type of treatment. I guess if you’re significantly better than anyone in your social circle and you’re more like a top 15-20% it might be similar, but you get my point. Guys have a fairly low threshold for looks though. Girls who are 6s and 7s get this treatment all the time, and many of the guys showing interest to them are 8s.

As a guy you’re pretty spot on. It also sometimes makes me feel jealous that as an average guy you either have to have male model pictures on a dating app or be an athlete or celebrity just to be chased by women. It is what it is, obviously real life is more nuanced and girls will date guys who are average but they have a cool personality, etc. But that whole idea of women literally throwing themselves at celebrities is definitely the most brutal black pill/red pill reality out there, even thoug…

If that’s more or less what the purple pill believes then I’m in lol. I think I just believe in being yourself and being genuine and not putting up this front to get women unauthentically while also not being so naive that you can just be a completely loser who believes if you tell a girl she’s beautiful hundreds of times that she’ll eventually want to be with you. The middle ground should be the default lol.

The darkest side of the red pill is definitely something that needs to be kept away from children who don’t have anywhere the development or maturity yet where it will permanently affect their worldviews.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 03:59 PM

Then clearly most men are not red pilled under that definition. Again, the vocal minority of especially black pilled men who really dislike women skew this view. What is your evidence that most men hate women? Granted there is definitely a higher number of men in recent years who are upset women won’t date them but to truly hate them is different. If most men really felt that way about women then they wouldn’t be upset that they can’t date them in the first place.

I’d argue it more on the lines of biology and tradition than necessarily morals. It’s definitely the “correct” behavior in dating, where you’re opening yourself to getting icked out on if you don’t do it. But the reason women want to see men do it is it triggers the deep-rooted natural gender roles for men and women. Even though obviously a woman can pay nowadays it shows a man has resources and can provide and take care of her, or at least it makes her feel that way deep down. It’s the same rea…

There’s always been higher standards for men, as there should be. I’m sure that’s angered a lot of men including you, but they want someone who is interesting and can provide. You’re right that men do have a right to worry our using us for a free meal. Honestly that’s why I think coffee first dates are the best lol, and less pressure.

An incel (if they talked to women) is probably more likely to act super alpha and red pilled around women cause that’s all he knows from being chronically online. I never said forgoing your own interests I said having interests besides video games, going to the gym and your job, and I would add caring about sports or anime or whatever they watch. Having more than that would be the bare minimum, I don’t think that is some great burden I’m placing on men. Believing what I’m saying is simping is wh…

“All that will get you is becoming a betabucks for a woman who still pines for Chad” Ok maybe some women but those aren’t the ones you should be pursuing in a LTR in the first place. Thinking all women pine for Chad, as in will actively cheat with no guilt is just simply untrue.

So your argument is if women seem like they’re not going to sleep with you on the first date then the emotional capital you gained from being on the date will not be high enough to justify the extra money by paying for her. If that’s your belief I think that’s an incredibly shallow way to date but it’s your life. I also think besides it being the right and accepted thing to do in American dating culture if you really care about sleeping with her, by paying and letting her have a good time your o…

On a hypothetically level playing field though, where a 6/10 girl will have 5-7/10 guys competing for her, I think being intentional and dating different than most people do is actually an advantage.

It’s not that deep. It’s either you get it or you don’t, just pay on the first date.

If dating is primarily to be as hot as possible and to date someone as hot as possible, then what is the point of dating and marriage instead of exclusively hooking up for the rest of your life? We don’t need to have a whole discussion on that but you seem to lack perspective here, unless your own personal believe is in hookups over LTRs.

That’s exactly the kind of mindset I’m trying to get people to reconsider with the post. Maybe there’s a reason women don’t sleep with men on the first date and actually respecting that doesn’t mean you’re a simp it means you respected what the purpose of the date was, which is to get a second one. I’m not gonna be able to convince you that paying no matter what on the first date will always be the best option. But I personally will always do it because A) it’s the right thing to do and B) it’s …

This isn’t something I’m throwing at the wall this is what I genuinely believe in, which I’m aware is an increasingly uncommon way to approach dating nowadays, hence why I’m sharing it for others.

Yeah and how many normal healthy LTRs out there are started because the guy treats the girl like this? Let’s get a hold of ourselves. A bedroom kink has absolutely nothing to do with the point I’m making.

Wow someone actually agrees with me. I believe a lot of the red pill disagreers are trying to apply the online dating theories about looks being the only thing that matters to my post rather than just looking at how dating plays out in real life, which is the point of my post.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 02:02 PM
1

If being intentional and genuine would lead to you being manipulated then the woman you’re talking to probably isn’t good for a long term partner. And again as I said in the post, we all know looks matter so it’s time to start focusing on being actually good at dating and being a good man which the online spaces obviously do not really talk about.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 01:59 PM

Ok well there’s lots of married men out there who grew up before the RP blew up and they’re not Chad and they’re doing just fine. And again I said this in other comments but focusing so much on being Chad to women is why I made this post. And even if most men are still blue pilled I think the behaviors I listed are genuine things that any guy can do to stand out a bit from the crowd.

The last point that women don’t actually want this type of treatment is fair. I guess it was a bit easy to forget my bias when writing this, which is that I’m a Christian and this is how we date normally. Doing all that stuff is expected for men for us, and the women want it because that’s the kind of man they want. I’m not trying to push Christianity onto people but that approach to dating is used to be how it was for most people a long time ago, at some point it got lost. I wonder if women wer…

So what pill is the things I’m saying? Because the red pill certainly isn’t advocating for them and they call it simp behavior. Old school pill lol? Or just purple pill.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 01:46 PM

Well in my defense it’s kind of hard to know because it’s everyone’s private life. I’m just going by at least what’s dominating the online spaces. And that’s a fair assessment. I personally am fairly red pilled in how I try to self improve for dating but I act more blue pilled on actual dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 01:44 PM

This is exactly why I made this post. People talking like “Chad disrespects his women…etc.” on online forums are the problem with men right now. I’m just trying to advocate for what was once considered being a courteous normal guy. The fact that we consider this simp behavior is the problem. Simping is literally over complimenting, buying her things, keeping pursuing after she’s said no. Notice how I didn’t say any of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 01:42 PM

After seeing some of the other comments as well I’m actually not sure it just definitely felt that way. It seems odd to think that many men are actually still blue pilled but I think the ones that are don’t care about the pillosphere.

Your last point I agree with, I just don’t believe the behaviors I described are simpy it’s just the internet makes you believe that.

Also as a man I don’t understand why this seems to be the exception not the norm. What is such a slog about a man you like seducing you and being attracted to you? Cause you hear all the time about women literally having deteriorating mental health and self esteem because their man won’t initiate sex.

Seems a bit delusional to think being with someone who wants CNC in the bedroom would be the most patient and gentle person outside of it.

I mean in a long term relationship there will be some days where either partner is not feeling it and the other is but if you really love each other giving it to them is a sign of your care for them selflessly. Of course people are gonna think that’s ridiculous and how dare you put your partner’s needs above your own but like seriously.

I’m not that bad looking but reading posts on r/ugly today really puts into perspective how much of our life is determined by our physical attractiveness which has a massive genetic component to it. I feel for you man. I’ve also thought about it in the context of the 4th of July recently. I think as an American it’s borderline disgusting to take pride in being an American because we had the 7% or whatever chance to be born into one of the safest most prosperous free countries in the world. I consider myself right around the average right now. I have a good face but I’m shorter and need to lose a little body fat to slim down slightly and have a mediocre haircut due to a slightly receded hairline. I hope this counts as average on Reddit these days lol. I’d say I’ve gotten more attention in the last year or so from women, but most of them I’m not attracted to at all. However, I have had some better looking one interested too. My personality definitely carries me, but a lot of them it…

This is the ultimate chronically online take. Wow yes physical attractiveness matters who knew. But in the real world people meet each other in lots of different ways and start relationships with people who are fun to be around, that have similar interests, etc. I’m talking to a girl on a dating app right now we’re going on a date and she’s pretty into me so far yet I’m 5’8 and probably a 5/10 and she’s like a 7.5/10. And dating apps are supposed to be the place where looks matter most. Sometime…

You seem allergic to admitting the obvious that game/actual personality is half of women’s attraction to men. Yeah obviously attractive men will get attention but maintaining a long term relationship is hard if you have 0 for a personality stat. Here’s a good video on the topic. https://youtu.be/XPlgChdJnew?si=t653JVihgBTkzmfF Your ideology is like red pill if it was black pilled, ignoring the other half of self improvement which is everything besides looks. The best dating advice is just get better looking that’s why looksmaxxing took over the internet. But obviously advice like “be confident” “just be yourself” “put yourself out there” are gonna be said a thousand times because they sound good and agreeable to the most amount of people out there but to most people looking for advice (who are generally going to be less attractive) this is cope, so yeah I see your overall point. I agree completely here. I guess all the political correctness in society now people can’t admit that it’s gay for a man to want someone with a dick. I do like how you reaffirmed the biological sexes. We can’t collectively gaslight ourselves into pretending being attracted to biological women is the same as being attracted to trans women because it’s just not.

Yeah for me personally I’ve never been in a relationship but I get much more attention from women now than I ever have and now am in the talking stages with someone. But in terms of trying to go to extreme lengths to make yourself more attractive, maybe it’s just cause of the internet maybe it’s just me but I still have an end goal in mind for myself of how I want to look. It used to be just to get into a relationship but now I hold myself to a standard that I want to look how I internally feel …

Hey I mean to each their own but is it you personally don’t feel sexual desire towards others (asexual) or is it you don’t understand the point of relationships specifically? Cause you didn’t even mention casual hookups as an alternative you just said masturbation. But masturbation cannot really be compared to sex in a relationship. Sure you could say hookups are essentially mutual masturbation and stimulation if you believe that but sex in a relationship involves caring for and sharing intimacy…

I see your point but it still is objectively more odd to see a 30yo woman with a 20yo man. Masculinity in men generally increases with age, wealth and status increase, perhaps social skills maturity and experience also increase. All things women find attractive, especially young women might not see very many of those qualities in younger men. And obviously men like the youth of young women too. Not saying that that is productive to have a relationship like that but that’s the underlying logic. A…

I honestly don’t know how common 30s men dating 20s women is, but I think the point made by the OP also feels more like 30s men having increased access to women at that age. Where they may choose to sleep with younger women but seriously dating may be another story for obvious reasons.

No this is the cope it’s been proven multiple times that men of pretty much any age are most attracted to 18-22 year old women. And that’s pretty much all for biological reasons, and then add in the other reasons too and they become quite popular among older men. But as you mentioned because this age range is “barely legal” then it makes it seem as if anyone who finds this age range is a creep (at least to older women) even though 18-22 year old women are literally adults and have adult bodies. …

Well age gaps are 80% of the time older men with younger women for a reason, that’s why you can’t imagine it. That’s the disconnect between men and women in these age gap discussions. It has been proven the objective most attractive age for women to men of any age (besides their own age) is women 18-22. It’s not necessarily creepy it’s just biology, but the tabooness and logistics of it means happens less than it otherwise would. But in terms of practicality I think when there’s that big of a ga…
