My situation was very similar to yours . Exactly why laws must be made to make the outcomes very clear . In my case I have a very biased judge and magistrate. They would pre date the marriage if they could . They let her have exclusive use of my pre marital home I owned for a decade prior to being married.

Lorain and no Judge will give 50/50 without moms say so . So I’m going to fight it all the way up. Im 80% responsible for my kids well being but not guaranteed 50% of the time. Mom knows best days are over people . Equal rights means fathers have equal standing in court when it comes to their children. But yes I don’t have exclusive use of my pre marital home that I owned an entire decade before being married. I’ll probably add in my filing that there was no warning labels on the marriage licens…

I had a magistrate give my Ex exclusive use in under 2 minutes. I owned the house a whole decade prior to being married. She broke a bunch of my belongings and hid that the children were exposed to Covid before thanksgiving of last year . Sending them with me sick . I moved out and filed for exclusive use . She then said I put air fresheners in the house that gave her migraines and tried to get me DV charges . And changed the locks before the exclusive use hearing . I wasn’t able to get my own b…

We filed for one . We need to organize and change the system. It’s clearly discriminatory. I do feel that in the very near future people will look back at this like they do segregation and equal rights for women .

I’m going to be going to trial for everything. Biggest item for me is 50/50 however in Lorain county Ohio the judges don’t typically give 50/50 without the moms consent. I’ll fight it to the Supreme Court if I have to .

Yeah my ex tried to get me charged with DV after I moved out . She claimed I put air fresheners around that gave her migraines. She was granted exclusive use of my premarital home in under two minutes. It’s been over a year I’m still not in my house . I’m also a veteran with disability’s . The courts took that into accounting for support not my needs . I’m going to write a book it’s been a wild trashy ride .
