I agree, but should it have been owned by both? This whole "everything is 50/50" is bullshit, in my opinion. One person generally contributes more. My SO, for example, contributes more than I do. Probably something like 60/40. I don't feel I should be entitled to an extra 10% should be get married then divorce. I also understand that this is an entirely separate argument. That said, no PP was invoked therefore no PP can be denied.

Unpopular opinion: There was no invoking of the pussy pass, therefore no denial of said pass was issued. Also, we constantly defend men when women steal 50% of their shit during divorce proceeding, why are we applauding a dude taking 100% of her earnings? Yup. The drive lady was completely in the wrong/overreacted etc. But he had no right to touch her car like that. Honestly, I don't even honk at people any more. About a month ago a guy (looked to be on meth/drugs) cut me off in the worst way. I slam on the brakes, skid, honk, all automatically. Dude gets out of his car runs up to my window with his hand on his crotch. I nearly had to try and run him over. I thought he was going to pull a gun.
