I've given her one month to get psychological help, going to speak to a lawyer in 3 weeks if nothing has changed. I've decided I will study at some rate regardless of situation, split with more custody=less, split with less custody=more.

This is one area im having trouble with ''• How should start the ‘’leaving’’’ process? Should I inform her what I'm doing?'' I feel if I give her warning she'll cover her ass for a long time and/or make up lies about me. Though at the same time the civil way of doing it would be to bring a bunch of toys/books to my future home at a prearranged date. I don't think I could rely on her to be that decent though.

Your probably right but I would feel so horrible going into this battle if I'm going to lose. It means my daughter would never know normality or stability except weekends. I feel like the stereotypical housewife whose husband is holding the kids ''hostage''. At the same time, not trying (despite a loss) could set just as bad an example for my daughter. I can live with her (the mother), I don't want to, but for my daughter I would. I'm going to speak to a lawyer about the stuff I can record/use i…

Thats one of many issues i have barely any support in lots of areas and need to figure out how to get out. I feel they will use the lack of income against me.
