Girl Scouts have always let boys in their group. Boy Scouts only started doing this recently when sued to let girls in. Then Boy Scouts gets hit with all the allegations of sexual abuse and their enrollment numbers plummet. Boy Scouts then decide to be vague in their enrollment process so that parent don't realize they are signing up their kids for the organization that is currently being sued for sexual abuse over the past several decades.
