virgin + social anxiety + 5/10 = ED. The only way you could make it worse would be to drink before hand, jerk off right before, or be on some prescription that causes it. I wouldn't attempt it with someone I’d ever have to face again if I were you. Any ways, you are using your virginity as a crutch, losing it won't cure social anxiety. You will just replace it with something else. Short Answer: No, go lift.

You can know if you are deficient through a blood test. The blood test is typically done at your yearly physical. Don't supplement before testing and only do so after talking to a doctor. For example, too much of some can cause liver failure.

It doesn't matter. If she is working and providing you a service, just ignore anything she does as an IOI. It just makes everything easier. There are so many other women out there, you can let a few go. This is especially true for services that involve tips.

Yeah, you can either tell the guy how his design is screwed up in the begining or you can wait for him to fail and come in and save the day. No one that has worked in this system thinks it's a good way to work or makes better quality products. If public floggings would help me write better code, I would be totally for it.

In practice it doesn’t work like that. For example when they implemented death rate statistics on surgeons. Guess what happened? Surgeons didn't take the hard surgeries and more people died. The reality is that when you implement this type of culture you get mediocrity and office drama. It is exactly like communism, the idea may sound good but it is naive.

In my experience the nicer the place looks, the worse it is to work for. I work in a run down mill that has holes in the walls it and it's been the best place to work. I rather them let me spend a week adding more automated testing then them buying an expensive pool table or espresso machine.

List an Amazon software service that is better than everyone else or even one that isn't blown away by competition. Amazon is in the same place as Microsoft when they produced IE 6, Vista, Visual Studio 2006 and they have a similar corporate culture as them when they produce those products. I look at results. Amazon Music, Amazon Prime Music, Amazon Video, Elastic Beanstalk, Amazon Cloud Storage, Amazon Prime Photos, Fire OS, Amazon Shopping App all pale in comparison to the competition.

the most efficient working unit was a group of tight-knit males who could trust and rely on each other to get the job done. It's Red Pill 101. Correlation does not imply causation. You are really projecting you own romantic view of their corporate environment. I couldn't tell you if it is the corporate culture or not is responsible for their success. Everyone likes Amazon because they can order toilet paper and get it the next day. However for all their software products I see, mostly everyone e…

Bezos is all about pure, unfiltered truth first and foremost. It's not about what you like, or how you feel, but what actually works. Bezos doesn't even live on this planet any more. He lives in his bubble. Amazon's success has little to do with with its white collar workers and everything to do with its business strategy. AWS is very scalable but not very reliable. The only reason it is popular is because of the price and Amazon can get away with making low profits because they claim they are i…

From the prospective of a software engineer: "Competition-and-elimination system" sounds good, but in practice it is adds a bunch of soap opera politicking. If you are into that kind of stuff why did you go to school for software engineering and work as a software engineer. 80+ hours a week on salary. That big Amazon pay check you thought you had is more like the hourly wage at Home Depot. Anytime Feedback Tool is very beta, instead of confronting someone directly, you snitch to their boss anony…

For self hypnosis I like Anna Thompson. You can mix and match tracks from different albums. She has an for album porn addiction called Overcome Porn Addiction. You basically buy one full album and then buy the tracks from other albums and then create a play list. The motivation and willpower album has a lot of good tracks.

Go for it. Nothing will change. You wont get any magical powers or confidence afterwards. I bet afterwards you will feel nothing. You are projecting all your insecurities on your virginity. Once you remove that, you will do it with something else. The only solution is to improve yourself until you are happy with with yourself. I lost 205lbs in one year, tons of people have similar results with keto. Lift weights. Make a list of all the things you hate about yourself and tackle them one by one. W…

In general if you are afraid to fail at something and it makes you anxious/scared, then failing at it over and over will make you not care any more. For example, I used to never miss a dead line at work and worry and work too much in order to meet it. Then I got a few dead lines that were practically impossible to meet and failed. IDF now.

I liked it. He seemed to go out of his way to be counter PUA/TRP in his explanations but ended up giving the same advice. I really liked how he tells you to deal with rejection and polarising women. For anyone who hasn't read it: his advice is to polarise women as soon as possible and to think of rejection as the woman doing you a favor. The quicker the rejection, the better because you aren't wasting time.

In some engineering fields they are paid more if you control for experience, hours worked, skill set. Also women managers typically pay women less than male managers pay women.

Meditate every day. For those of you who are starting. Meditation works even when you think it doesn't. If your mind wanders and you have racing thoughts, don't worry about it and keep doing it. You will get better at it and it will work even better. One of my audio books mentions that this is proven through random trails, I don't remember which one.

Keep doing what you are doing, it takes time. A few other things you can try: Intentionally put your self in uncomfortable situations. If you don't like people, go to a crowded place. You don't like dancing, take a dance class or dance. Think of the ways you are inferior, fix the things you can.

Imagine the poor guy who marries her. $150K for student loan debt. Equivalent to: 1,500 trips to an equivalent prostitute 150 trips to a HB10 ones 3,000 professional massages 3,000 years of gym memberships A small house half the cost to raise a kid 6 new cars Why on earth would anyone commit to someone with $150K of student loan debt. Even if she was a HB10, it wouldn't be worth it. We aren't even thinking about interest either.

There have been some studies that measure ego depletion (willpower) that meditating works even when you think it doesn't. Like anything you will get better at it with time. I don’t think you will find what you are looking for in the military. I was Army enlisted for 8 years and served in Iraq. From my view point, officers didn’t have it any better. The military isn't what you think it is, you will only accomplish getting a job you aren't allowed to quit.

You need to lift bro. If there is a consensus on anything in TRP , it is that you need to lift. If there is one thing to take away from TRP is that you need to lift. If TRP had commandments: 1. Thou shall lift bro. Just because you lift, doesn't mean you will balloon up to He-man size. If you do, it will take a long time and hard work. There are tons of other benefits to lifting that have nothing to do with muscle size: Strength give you confidence. Sticking to something gives you discipline. Ex…

No more Mr Nice Guy. Models is good too. The advice in Models is golden, but the explanations aren't quite TRP. I don't recommend How to win friends and influence people. How to win friends and influence people seems like it would be good for customer service or sales, but I think it conflicts with TRP (Be Alpha) and NMMNG. Insulin's purpose is to lower blood sugar levels. If your blood sugar levels get too high it is toxic (Diabetes Type 1). When you are producing insulin your body stores blood sugar into glycogen (short term energy storage) and fat (long term). If you produce the right amount of insulin and your body responds appropriately then a calorie is a calorie. The problem is that it doesn't for a lot of people (especially with the unnatural levels of sweetening going on). They either produce too much insu…
