Oh yes, definitely. You could argue that a large majority of people that come out of university come out overly prepared for the job in matter of theoretical knowledge, while lacking the experience that would be more valuable. So for example doing an one year training course could be better than a 3 year uni degree in some cases. I do believe universities are overrated, but they definitely have their role. Medicine for example, becoming a doctor I'd say is a career where you need to go to univer…

I agree with you 100%. This is exactly what I was arguing for one day with some other guys from MGTOW. I told then exceptions are what make the rule, whether my mum or I are part of the exception is beside the point. I don't take it personally or anything, I'm just saying that while most or even all people that fall into a group may have a certain tendency, there will always be people who don't follow that thing. The answers I received were stuff like 'A woman may be NAWALT for 99 years and on t…

Because it's the only way you can get into some careers that require uni degrees.

That's not my point, I know people here have a hard time accepting that NAWALT because saying AWALT and not taking responsability for your choices is easier. I didn't display any 'classic woman trait' I just didn't go into an explanation to why it is wrong because no one had asked? I don't care enough for someone guy's I don't know opinion on the internet that it would affect me on an emotional level. So no, I don't dislike it emotionally when it comes from you or anyone on this thread. If it ca…

It doesn't exactly. Some people have some channels on TV like BBC and CNN, but no one actually watches them. There have been a few third wave feminism things creeping into the country and a few shows on TV trying to push leftist blue pill agenda, but people don't agree with them at all, so they were very short lived attempts.

And obviously, there is nothing to lose. That behaviour is disgusting.

Well I'm not speaking solely from my experience, but also from my friends' experiences who are still in University in Romania and have been living alone for more than an year now. They're both redpilled men and women who don't even know TRP exists, but both groups say the same things. It's very hard to get laid in Romania unless you go for chavy, easy girls. 'Normal' or average girls that are educated enough to go to University condone sleeping around and would very rarely have one night stands.…

I'm from Bucharest. So the only way I can see you not agreeing with me is if your experiences here were mostly in a lower middle class. Or are out of the age range group I'm talking about which is younger than 30. I'm not bullshitting and don't need attention from random men on Reddit. I have a boyfriend, his attention is all I want, thank you. The only thing I want is a conversation and to share my experience of how different I found 20 year old girls in the UK to 20 year olds in Romania. Surel…

So, would you agree that we might have shit economy, corruption and other big problems in the East, but at least we might have the whole dating thing a bit straighter than they do in the West? Haha

May I ask how old you are? Women in Romania that are 30+ believe the man should pay all the time. Younger women wouldn't demand that. All women like being treated as children (as TRP knows) so they enjoy it when the man pays for them, but not demand it. I also think it depends a lot on the person. I have a Romanian friend who is very much a 'Diva', she loves when her boyfriend pays for her and takes it 95% of the time, even though she is richer than him. My previous boyfriend was poor and I woul…

Sad to hear. Unfortunately heard many stories like this the more I spoke to people about this subject. I was very much looking forward to a new country when I left to the UK, now I kind of want to just finish Uni and come back to Romania. Even though it probably can't happen as there's no industry for what I'm studying in university.

You might have met lower middle class women who tend to be raised with a 'you need to score a man who can take care of you' mentality by their conservative, usually religious, parents. We say those women are the type to 'hop on foreigners' dicks' and usually leave Romania to go to wealthier countries to find a husband. Or hang out in the clubs of Bucharest and try getting with all the tourists. I can assure you though, they are ridiculed by everyone in their home country.

Is it bizzare? I think it's quite natural that men are men and women are...women :) I'm sure there's loads of supportive women as well, not just vicious ones :L Just much more conservative over in the east I think.

I think they maybe were from less wealthy backgrounds? Because to be honest, I can see why the Romanian women I have been around my whole life were very opposed to gold diggers as they themselves had never felt the need to look for only wealth in a man as they hadn't encountered any real shortcomings growing up, if that makes sense. Maybe for people who grew up poorer, it would make more sense to have this mentality? The only flaw I find with this is that in the UK, the girls I was around were n…

I think that despite it not being the 'wording' of mgtow, the decision of not getting married because the risk might not be worth it stems from the belief that men, or most precisely the individual adhering to the mgtow psychology, is more moral than the women he might marry. This whole psychology claims moral high ground by implying that women are doing something evil by initiating so many divorces and winning most court battles. However the reason for that is not simply women are favoured by t…
