The part that I was referring to was regarding doing "your equal part in the conscripted service". That's why I brought it up. I'm here for the conscription argument.

Can you explain to me what your argument has to do with conscription or the draft?

Calling it a prank isn't an excuse to be an asshole. If it was, I'd be in the kitchen of a Ruth Chris steakhouse sticking my dick in the mashed potatoes.

Come on, friend. It was obviously her that was raped. Women can't rape men, remember? /S

Who goes around counting how many times that has happened to them? I mean, I have but that's only because the number is zero.

Regardless of how true it is, the title reads like a tabloid.

Ok so I'm about to get downvoted to oblivion. There shouldn't be a specific focus at all, towards men or women. Suicide is a serious problem and saying that one gender needs it more than the other downplays what's really important. Suicide is rampant and anyone can be at risk. Saying that most most women use it a cry for help isn't fair to the ones that are actually suffering. Equality means equal treatment regardless of statistics.

To be fair, I mostly see this kinda shit coming from Daily Mail or The Sun. Not all outlets pitch their stories this badly.

I think u/WoodChucking was just wanting OP to present actual proof, vice something that could easily be generated in Paint. For example, I didn't think that OP was lying but there are people out there that would easily contest the claim without performing any research of their own.

...and the news distributor is well known for sensationalizing social justice issues that involve women. You've got me there, no doubt.

I'll agree with you about the intoxicated part, makes sense to me. Maybe it's just that processing, where I'm from, is handled a little better than than the article is making it out to be over there. Last question, If it's a bullshit story then why were they found "Not Guilty"?

Not gonna see a downvote from this guy. I mentioned somewhere else in the comments that what they did was stoopid and childish, but the police action wasn't proportional to the alleged crime especially since they hadn't been convicted when this all happened. This sounds more like a case of the police being fed up with tourists in general. This makes sense to me considering most tourist traps typically see most of their crime come from, you guessed it, tourists. The cops there will have seen th…

In general, I agree with you about thieves but your summary isn't really the point here. Did they do something stupid? Absolutely, but the punishment leading up to any legitimate conviction was not directly proportional to the perceived crime.

I guess I'm wrong for not knowing who that is. I guess it's an insult? Whatever. I was asking if there was some subtext to your main article description that I wasn't getting or if this was just an article of interest. Edited for spelling
