2	By and large, men’s rights people are good people. If men's rights is filled with good, rational people, then it follows that there might actually be something to the Men's Rights Movement. 24	Women of this sub, don't you feel insulted when standards are lowered because you have a vagina? I, personally, am quite insulted. As a child of a military family, whenever i see anything about women being underrepresented in the military, calling for the lowering of physical standards or more women in active combat roles, it pisses me off. Physical fitness in the military is a requirement. If you are not fit enough to carry hundreds of pounds while running long distances, you are not qualified. Period. 1	Please Critique this Virginity as a concept was created as a method of avoiding disease. A man looking for a suitable wife wanted a woman who would be fertile and be able to carry healthy children to term. In order to avoid STDs before contraceptives and the ability to test for the diseases, the easiest way was to go for virgins. 5	Why do some feminists say that the term "friend-zone" is offensive ? I mean I tend to disagree with most of the things feminists say, but "friend zone" being an offensive term is a concept I can't even grasp The theory among feminists is that "the friend zone" is an idea invented by men who only socialize with women to have sex with them eventually, who take being kept as a friend rather than becoming romantic partners as a loss. They look at it as men feeling entitled to having sex with the women they befriend, so when the woman says "no, I'd like to remain friends," they see it as a demotion/failure. 1	Confused feminist here. Aren't we on the same side? What disadvantages do women have? Not cultural ones, but legal ones? (i.e. not things like catcalling or rape culture, but institutional disadvantages, like being prohibited to do certain things that men are legally allowed to do, or being barred from university, etc.). My problem with your position is that, even as a woman, I don't see the disadvantages that I'm supposed to be experiencing, at least not ones that couldn't be explained by women's own choices.
