This is soooo similar to my story, man... So after my ex got with the neighbor, she was pissed off more than I ever saw when I agreed to the divorce? I didn't understand why, but she actually wanted me to fight and argue with her and stuff it was ridiculous! Long story short, she felt so guilty about what she had done and tried to find any reason at all to hold onto to make her decision seem not wrong! It's wild!

Heck yea, they regret it! My ex-wife had an affair with my neighbor, and she actually popped up on me with the whole divorce thing. I just wanted it over with, so we filed for irreconcilable differences and split property and yhata yhata yhata......Fast forward a year later she is wanting to come back realized she messed up I'm successful with my career to be so young I'm 28 she's 28. I'm dealing with a petty one myself right now....I currently got court tje 25th of this month she is suing me for paying off her car loan that we agreed she would pay even in my divorce decree...Says she has exclusive rights to tje car along with payments, tag, insurance etc...and It also said I was indemnified..women are nutts now days

awesome I definately understand now thankyou!! My ex also has a letter from the loan officer stating she heard me tell her I would swap my title once my vehicle wad paid for and that is COMPLETELY untrue!!!! it isn't notarized or anything just signed by the loan officer should I worry about that? Amd keep in mind everything she states was before my divorce even started and is way before the divorce decree was finalized

Her statement of why I am liable is because I "supposily" said I would swap my title for hers and take on the loan which is completely untrue

they sent me my divorce papers through email but they are all stamped with my county courthouse seal I'm going to print them off and take them with me

yes it's just justice court or small claims court. The situation is she doesn't work never has her new boyfriend paid off her loan after it was repossessed and dude wants him money back is what's happening..But it clearly states in my decree we are each responsible for both our own vehicles

nope I haven't talked to her in almost a year got home Saturday and boom!!! summons on door says she's taking me to small claims court. So I ran back to my divorce papers and it clearly states that she kept her car and I kept mine and we were both responsible for all payments, taxes, maintenence, insurance on our own vehicles
