When you're walking anywhere, make eye contact with everyone. It's alright if they don't look back, but when you do, you can flash a smile, say "hi", give them a head nod, etc. This helped me get used to making eye contact with people and it opens up an opportunity for a conversation. This can then lead to practicing conversation threading, voice tonality, and body language.

This is definitely something everyone should keep in mind when they're trying something new.

That's a great point you make since I'm a big fan of Sonny. He might not be "alpha", but he does have many qualities that seddit advocates. Music is his passion and he spends everyday loving his job. He also has that idgaf attitude, and does whatever makes him happy. Those two aspects are highly advocated by seddit; find something you're passionate about and stop giving a fuck about what others think about you.

"The reddit self-improvement and seduction community!" As much as I like reading FRs of guys getting girls, I really enjoy reading about people improving themselves in general. Even the basics of strong-eye contact and confidence can get you more than girls, it can get you a new outlook on life. I've read some great material on seddit, this particular idea has always stuck with me: "Improve yourself and women will follow."

I fully agree. This post is a great way to approach the "Be yourself" advice, but to the normal person it won't be useful for self-improvement. If you tell someone to be themselves, they'll get the notion that they don't have to change anything and expect results. On the other hand, "Be your best self", is much easier to understand to someone off the street. It's much more straight forward and allows the person to identify room for improvement. I'm an introvert (INTJ), but re-framing "Be yoursel…

I'm just like you. Whenever I start thinking too much, all these embarrassing/awkward moments come flooding back. It really is hard to shake those old memories. This is part of my inner game that I'm still working on. What I do is take a deep breath and say to myself, "That was in the past and there's no use dwelling on it. I am a better person right now and it is time to move on." The last line is very important since it is positive reinforcement for yourself. Realize that you are a totally dif…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
