I agree with your point. I make more than my boss, i have all the inside info without the risk of being the fall guy. Everyone always attacks the leader, nobody attacks second in command. So while he stresses out about everything i give orders with no accountability and make $5 an hour more than he does.

The 18-21 thing made me lol, im almost 40, i wouldnt want to deal with someone that immature. My current ltr is 28, very femminine and submissive with a low partner count(yes fellas, less than 10 is low).
