your face sounds hideous, sure keep going to the gym but focus on improving looks: mewing (look up matt phelps, brae, and tomazzo on yt), hair care (r/tressless finasteride 0.25 mg daily, minoxidil daily, and microneedling weekly), and skincare (idk yt it) get a better hairstyle to cover up ur big forehead, and try to get lean, girls don’t want a super bulked dude, focus on aesthetics, watch tails on YT (he says mewing doesn’t work but he’s wrong)

fr, cold approach is my favorite method, anyone that doesn’t support it is a pussy, it shows confidence and initiative, even if you get rejected it’s still experience, also cold approaching is the best way to find decent woman, because you won’t find good future wives at bars and clubs

here’s my routine a simple “mind if i sit here” she’s obv going to say she “doesn’t mind” unless her friend actually sits there, then just get to know her and in the following 2-3 weeks connect with her (find common interests), after 2-3 weeks if you’ve played your cards right you should ask her out, and now you won’t have an awkward first date bc you’ve gotten to know her
