1	They absolutely should In a case where it’s just the accuser failing to uphold the burden of proof, yeah. Jail them right away for that shit. However, if the accused can meet proof required to say that it was not only a false claim, but a malignant one, the accuser should face double the jail time of an actual rape case, that shit is unacceptable.	/r/MGTOW	21/10/18 06:26 AM
