What do you aim to improve about world? The environment? Helping the lesser fortunate? Investing on yourself so that you could do good in other multitude of ways (like tutoring, mentoring, volunteering are also beneficial alternatives). I don't believe all charities are scams as I've personally worked with them and have witnessed it's effects on communities both local and in war torn nations. Spending your time, or even 1 dollar is a good place to start.

I'm 18, 181cm and 63 kg. I'm considered just about healthy on the BMI ratings. I've been meaning to get some weight, but I just can't get much. Some days I eat a lot and others not so much (maybe 2 meals a day). I aspire to be well built athelete of 80 kg (I'm quite atheletic to begin with). What do I do? Edit: Some current feats I have: I walk everyday around 1.0-1.5 miles in total I can run fast, can nearly dunk a 10" rim. Can swim pretty fast as well.

Recently watched a South Korean movie called 'A Taxi Driver'. It's set during 1980 Gwangju Uprising during the time where South Korea was still a militant based republic. It's an amazing film 8.5/10. I recommend all you brothers to watch it.
