It's referring to something called the Pareto Principle - which can be applied in different areas but in this case means that only 20% of men are of interest to more or less all the women. I don't know if it's somewhere in the sidebar as I've not looked for a while. With the massive shift to online matching it is possible that 20% is optimistic! There is a journalist called Martin Daubney who crops up from time to time here in the UK on Sky News - he at least speaks up for men's rights/men's health issues (including the effects of exposure to porn on young men). I think (correct me if I have got this mixed up) that this is something to do with the ‘cost’ of the gametes. Females have comparatively large eggs that are difficult to produce and very few in number whereas males churn out millions of sperm. Overall the species benefits because the fittest males can mate with the ‘most fussy’ selectors. But nature also favours some ‘cheating’ to falsely gain resources. Nice to have lots of males bringing trinkets and food.

Seems that way, I’m only 5’9’’ but my mother in law is very tall as are all women on that side of the family. One of my daughters is tall and athletic so the genes have come through the maternal line.
