Good to see the progress physically, it will be the leading factor towards confidence and sustaining frame. I have past injuries that surface from time to time and really messes up my programs; in those times I often turn to the pool and do a lot Laird Hamilton style workouts using different strokes, weight work under water etc… it’s very easy on the body and totally exhausting. Don’t forget dialing in a good nutrition plan, you need energy to support fitness goals even when cutting fat %

Stay plan, same as go plan. Keep reminding yourself that. Also, not sure how your using dread currently; but realize the main event is probably important and two) if she keeps pulling the I’m getting divorced thing as a threat (tech emotionally abusive) do her a favor and serve her the papers next time.

I don’t believe 99% is accurate. It is accurate if the women were talking about are feminine. Women that lean towards the masculine end of the spectrum in my experience are highly unlikely to give two shits. In fact, it may create additional polarization as you run your MAP. Have to agree. Being with a masculine woman vs a feminine woman is such a stark lesson. Masculine Woman: confrontational, brute, robustly lost and confident about it.
