They're supposedly talking about the Men's Rights movement, but I'm pretty sure Jordan Peterson is not a part of the Men's Rights movement, and I don't know who Daryush Valizadeh is, but when I look him up, he appears to be a PUA, not an MRA. Its definitely a bad idea to talk to her alone. If you are alone with her for some reason, make sure you are recording the conversation. Don't be naïve. Just make sure the manager knows you didn't do anything wrong, and make sure to correct any rumors that spread about you (if they do).

There isn't a way for something like that to be long-term effective in one day. Workplace culture is something that happens because of how people interact with each other in the workplace (obviously), which is caused by how they behave, which is caused by the culture they grew up in, their upbringing, etc. You're not going to undo people's entire lives in a day.

Pretty much. Through college I came across feminist professors that clearly had anti-male attitudes, that would justify them by saying they basically saying they were righting past wrongs. The funny thing is that they don't ever seem to have some set of criteria that, if fulfilled, would cause them to actually be in favor of true equality. If anyone actually believes that feminism aims for equality, well, I have a bridge to sell you.

I've heard this before from women; "I think we should kill all men" type stuff, and the men usually respond with something like "you can kill me if you want heh." Usually cause she's hot and he's trying to get laid. When I hear men say less extreme things about women, women usually get really defensive though. The reason people are so comfortable with misandristic attitudes is because there is generally not much pushback. The solution is honestly to give people shit when they say stuff like that…

Did men not fight to retain their crowns? If you know anything about history, you'll know that battles over leadership were very bloody in general. However, historical events have a lot of room for interpretation. Caesar killed by his buddies in the senate? They must hate him because he's an asshole. Because it makes them feel inferior. Thats the real reason. It creates a negative emotion, and they are responding to that emotion. The reason that you would most likely get if you asked them would be that there is an implication in the above statement, that men are superior to women because of this.
