I have extreme social anxiety too and have experienced these same situations several times and failed to make a move and if the girl was someone who I saw around often ( volunteering, class or gym), she would eventually get so frustrated after a few months of constant back and forth signaling of attraction that she would give up showing interest lol or I would just avoid her.
