1	How do judges view false restraining orders? yes, best thing is get a lawyer, and take it before a judge. my son is going thru this. he has text messages, pics, character witnesses, he did a blood and hair drug test (both clean) and he had a psychological evaluation D one. As well as a letter from a counselor he is seeing! She has nothing! No pics of marks or bruises, no hospital reports, or police reports, where she called police. NOTHING!
