17-Year-Old Faces Child Porn, Assault Charges for Consensual Sex with GirlfriendThe point isn't that the people in the sub want her charged. It's that it simply is not legally or morally correct that one party in this is punished and one is not. Either they should both be punished or BOTH be left alone. That's why you're getting downvoted. If we allow this kind of judgement to stand you leave more than 50% of the population with no incentive to change the status quo. | /r/MensRights | 16/09/16 06:41 PM
All-women Ghostbusters reboot starts to collapse at the box office: ticket sales drop 46% - 63% after just one weekIt's like the textbook definition of mediocre. No negative association, just bland, like a bread sandwich. It's not all that objectively bad, it's just not good either. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 26/07/16 12:38 AM
All-women Ghostbusters reboot starts to collapse at the box office: ticket sales drop 46% - 63% after just one weekHave you seen the period bit from 30 rock? Or kimmy schmidt? I don't know about her politics outside her media, but she doesn't seem all that gung-ho about radfeminism | /r/PussyPassDenied | 26/07/16 12:36 AM
All-women Ghostbusters reboot starts to collapse at the box office: ticket sales drop 46% - 63% after just one weekI watched it. It played like a homemade movie written and filmed by children/pre-teens. Just edited semiprofessionaly and decent cgi. I'm not gonna lie. It wasn't actually all horrible, but I would say it's and "eh" B-Movie. Not so bad it's good, not even guilty pleasure worthy, no real unique concepts or individuality to it. I'd say a solid 3/10 simply because the filmography isn't 100% terrible. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 26/07/16 12:31 AM
Women can't be sexistFor the most part, yes. However I have seen the way some of my girl friends are treated for not necessarily buying into feminism. | /r/MensRights | 19/02/14 04:40 AM
Women can't be sexistExcept hardcore female egalitarians, humanitarians or men's rights activists. | /r/MensRights | 19/02/14 04:00 AM
Heard this gem yesterday at a college. Stay safe, men!Point A: Bro contraceptives are real close. Point B: Women who want kids and are able to care for one should adopt a child (Or any orphaned kid up to 18). If I'm financially able I want to adopt a kid by the time I'm 35 if I'm married or not, because I feel it's my duty as a human being. | /r/MensRights | 29/01/14 02:53 AM
Female Philadelphia Cop 'Stops and Frisks' African American Teen, Literally Destroying His GenitalsI was mugged at gunpoint by a kid that couldn't have been older than 15. | /r/MensRights | 23/01/14 04:26 PM
Girls think they are cleverer than boys from age four; teachers' expectations may reinforce gender gap in school performanceI would say sorry, or ask if you if you were being sarcastic. But apparently you don't understand that certain people can observe occurrences, tendencies and habits in different ways. And frankly I do not need to respond further to one such as yourself. Good day. | /r/MensRights | 21/12/13 02:20 AM
Girls think they are cleverer than boys from age four; teachers' expectations may reinforce gender gap in school performanceI gathered it was in the somewhere around Norway, Sweden, Finland. Yeah... Physical education is a joke is the states. Physical fitness testing is not taken seriously, as you mentioned hygiene is an issue and kids are not challenged to push themselves outside of school sport teams. | /r/MensRights | 21/12/13 01:53 AM
Girls think they are cleverer than boys from age four; teachers' expectations may reinforce gender gap in school performanceThank you for the understanding... also I just realized I said "just male sure" | /r/MensRights | 20/12/13 11:08 PM
Girls think they are cleverer than boys from age four; teachers' expectations may reinforce gender gap in school performanceJust male sure you adequately investigate both sides of complaints your children bring up. I have met far too many parents that will defend the word of their child to the ends of the earth without ever questioning the validity of the claims their children make. I'm definitely not saying don't believe your kids, but when issues come up please do well and gather all the facts before casting judgment. | /r/MensRights | 20/12/13 10:56 PM
Girls think they are cleverer than boys from age four; teachers' expectations may reinforce gender gap in school performanceIn the USA (I can't speak for other nations) we do not have showers in our primary schools. Middle schools "Ages 11/12-13/14" often do have showers, but they usually stand unused as their is a large stigma attached to nudity as in the states it is seen as sexuality regardless of any context. So if a kid did use it they would get picked on. As an example of the stigma here is a personal example. In middle school my gym class did a one week swimming segment. I did not feel like waiting to use the … | /r/MensRights | 20/12/13 10:32 PM
Feminists Behaving BadlyWell like I said it really is determined by the intent or lack thereof, but more importantly their presence in that community. I mean if people in the area belittled a program meant to offer a service to men and women of their area they are being willfully destructive whether they realize it or not. However while perhaps it may have been bad for the event to have occurred whatsoever, the random reports can be relatively easily segregated and ignored while providing insight to a flaw in the syste… | /r/MensRights | 19/12/13 07:57 PM
Feminists Behaving BadlyWell in that case... if I'd read the article with no other information. I would maybe not believe it was solely MRAs, but I can totally buy the internet being dicks. Having seen the reddit reaction and the confessions of multiple participants I'd be really surprised by someone refusing to accept that MRA members were involved. I mean practically all members of any group can be or have been involved in one ugly circumstance or another at some point. Regardless of whether it is understood by onloo… | /r/MensRights | 19/12/13 07:46 PM
Feminists Behaving BadlyIn regard to the article, I cannot respect how pathetic it is that they do not reference to the fact that literally anyone [even community members of a competing academic group with possible malicious intent] can file a claim. If it was localized to MRA members in the area of, or members of the university community I would be very upset, angry and apologetic on behalf of the well meaning mra's. However the article used the occurrence and its participants and scapegoats for the university's negli… | /r/MensRights | 19/12/13 09:35 AM
Feminists Behaving BadlyIn all honesty the only feminists I know simply do not/will not see male issues. The only time I've seen them attempt to help a male cause is for gay men. I've tried talking to them about helping raise money for women in 3rd world nations where they are still being traded as objects and currency and they don't shift their focus away from issues in the states if they listen at all, but if I start talking about mens rights they are so jaded from all of media coverage on crimes against women and th… | /r/MensRights | 19/12/13 07:43 AM
Feminists Behaving BadlyI'm attempting to figure out if you are being a troll or are simply attempting to nail down hard fact on this occurrence. If the latter, you would do well to state that it is your intent foremost before repeatable questioning "visibly" reasonable evidence. As it stands this entire line of conversation is making you seem completely out of line and disagreeable. If it is the latter I offer apology on behalf of those confused here, if not I recommend autointercourse. | /r/MensRights | 19/12/13 07:29 AM
Feminists Behaving BadlyCan someone just tell me its okay for me to be both terribly sad and angry as a 20 year old guy, who is waiting for marriage to do anything and walks my (girl) friends to and from stores/parties and study sessions when they ask? I mean do any of these people understand that they are being so cruel? I just don't even know how to react to these things, I honestly want to share this with friends, but I think I would be torn to pieces if I did. | /r/MensRights | 19/12/13 07:12 AM
Sexual Assault quiz is a little biased...There was a chick at Oktoberfest in Alaska that started shit with some guy and while they were arguing she clamped onto his lip ultimately biting it clear off. Google it I'm on mobile. | /r/MensRights | 09/12/13 07:20 PM
How not to rape (or how to be confused as shit) (x-post /r/mensrants)Best thing I have heard is have a girl text you that she wants to have sex with you beforehand. | /r/MensRights | 01/12/13 01:47 PM
Gender Equality in the Republic of Ireland?Thank you, I did not know really any of this information. In regard as to where I'm from I am from Philadelphia Pennsylvania USA. | /r/MensRights | 25/11/13 03:00 AM
Ms. Male Character - Tropes vs Women in Video Games (New Feminist Frequency video)My main issue is that the video game industry, is not only geared toward boys/men, but developed by men statistically, and historically. Beyond that the pieces of media she is targeting are almost entirely meant for young children. I mean if a creator wants a 7 year old to be able to discern between genders the easiest thing to do is add a bow. It's not so much a matter of sexism as it is practicality. Look at "the last of us", "the elder scrolls", "Knights of the old republic", or "the walking … | /r/MensRights | 20/11/13 04:41 PM
