1	I’ll wait Seemingly self interest ironically. IIRC she refused the discussion on a military attack on Iraq in 1999 this had something to do with transferring powers in war from her to parliament. Just want to say I'm not implying she isn't a figurehead with less powers than ever etc just that there are examples of this happening. The correct approach would be to instantly restrain that arm. Fuck I would be in his corner if he grabbed the arm and ended up breaking it. That is dealing with the threat. This is a lack of training or he chose not to implement his training. Either way he failed his duty by hitting a restrained person because she swiped at him with no damage.
