Huh, just googled cause I thought this must be bullshit. Apparently it isn't, hats off to you! Cut-off point is 13 years old. Would you still be able to be convicted in the USA if it was consensual in this case?
I certainly do not agree with the idea that men should automatically help women in these kind of situations, JUST because they are men. I would however help anyone who is being attacked by a looney, just stepping away is a bit lame from those guys imo, regardless of gender
