Reddit and a few hobby-sprcific forums are the only social media I am on so I don't see it much, but catch the occasional "hero nurse" screenshot from FB. As someone else said, do your damn job. If someone wants to thank you, it goes a long way - I totally get that. Do not solicit for validation. It is trashy. I don't make anouncements after every flight saying "hey folks! I didn't crash us! I'm working for you! Thank me!". Nope, I just do my job and the little recognition I get for it is a grea…

They really don't. I can't remember the last time someone male or female engaged me in conversation just because. I literally sit next to other passengers all the time in airplanes when deadheading. I'm an approachable guy I think. Smiling often, fun, clean cut and young. 9/10 times not a single word from them unless I start talking first. After 6 years of this, only a handful of times has the conversation continued the duration of the flight (usually 1 to 1.5 hours) and not once with a woman.

Also can confirm. Besides strippers, the only profession with sluttier females than nurses is flight attendants.

I feel the same way about "Black History Month". It is OUR history, white black, male, female. But since someone wants to make February for black history and now October for women's history (and women's boobs), than fine....I shall play your game. You can have October, females..... But we have the other 11.

As someone in the industry.... I see this all the time. To be fair, it's not always women. Some people just assume they're entitled. My rule is I have to fet out of my seat to deal with a passenger, someone is getting thrown off. Ive always used logic and reason in determining who goes. I always stick to my decision. I don't delay an airplane full of people for one or two morons. When I'm dead heading (riding in the back as a paasenger, but in uniform on company business), I board either with th…

I don't believe I'm anything more than an average looking man, probably less so with some extra weight, but with a big, fun, leader style personality. I made it a point to tell women that if I go on a date, atleast the first one, they're paying for both of us. I have gotten more dates in the last 4 months using this ine little trick than I can remember in years. Dating is actually kind of fun when you just don't give a shit. I see why girls do this now.

You're not wrong, but that's only part of the whole truth. It's the fact that these women refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. I identify as a high status male, and what you said is true. I took a chance once, on a single mother for a little while as an experiment. Nope. Never again. Not my action - not my responsibility. And it's so much more than just the little brat. It's also the baggage of being a single mother, thinking she deserves extra special treatment, excuses for everyt…

On numerous occasions I've used the "ladies" restroom, that is, the ones with only one person at a time. There are usually a few men waiting to get in the men's restroom. I walk past, knock on ladies room, no answer so I go in, pee, leave, and then others follow suit. No sense in them both not being unisex.

Trust me my man, you're not missing out. Turning them down was fun at first, now it's just sad. But yes, you'll see pilots frugal as all hell and FAs buying 2, 3, maybe 4 froofroo expensive coffees then plenty of alcohol on overnights. And then they travel in their few days off and have no sleep, no life, nowhere to live. No wonder they jump guy to guy. Suck them dry then mive onto the next.

Yes. Bidding trips is seniority based. International flights often go to the most senior crews. This also often means they flew with the Wright Brothers.

Airline captain here. Fuck that noise. Females, primarily flight attendants, in this business are the single most reason I turned MGTOW. It's attrocious. 21+ yo thots all think they're gonna hook a rich pilot, and some do, sadly. I've dated a handful and had been with many more. No more. The stories I hear from them, the things I see. To be fair, they pioneered powered flight, not the airplane. But they had observed, tested, and refined aerodynamics better than anyone else at the time. But still no less an important and amazing achievement. Being my job now, it's amazing how far we've come in 115 years. Being a Dayton resident gives me an even closer sense of connection with these geniuses. If I wasn't sick, I'd have toured the USAF Museum and/or the historic Wright Brothers area today.

Guns. I'm a big gun guy. It's not a cheap hobby, but thrilling. You never "finish" an AR setup. You always buy, sell, and trade different guns. You shoot these guns. You participate in IDPA or 3-gun, or trap shooting or long range, or hunt....whatever floats your boat. I do all of the above. Now's the time to buy. Pilots and pilot unions are very against further surveillance in the cockpit. NTSB has recmended for decades to have video recording in the cockpit. FAA has proposed it numerous times but never gets past the NPRM stage. As a professional pilot I do NOT want this.

Most of the FAs will also be afraid to approach at that point with someone that acts mature and with no bs. The ones to be cautious of, my brother, are the FAs. They are often poor, living paycheck to paycheck, uneducated, make bad life choices and so many are single mothers. Don't get caught up in that mess. Learn from my and other mistakes. After taking everything into account, you'd lose millions of dollars in tge long term. You are more likely to lose your job over consciously breaking company policies vs the unlikely (but still possible) sexual harrassment from a fellow pilot, who also has much to lose, even female. Plus losing a job either way is up to the company. Prison time would require a criminal case. Yeah, I'd take my chances. Welcome, fellow Captain. DM me who you're flying with, if you care to. I'm LCA at a U.S. based regional airline and have plenty of pointers. To be completely honest, just about every female I've worked with in tge flight deck, have been pretty down to Earth, Republican, intelligent women. I can't speak to non-US airlines, but just about every regional has some sort of program and bonuses due to pilot shortage. PSA, Envoy, Endeavor, Sky West, Piedmont, CommutAir I think ask have some kind of contact type thing to help pay training. Mesa, Trans States, and a few others might too.

Nice to hear from a face in the other side. DM me which airline/airport. We do infact have a bunch of that crash but not just from females or FAs. Simple solution from the enemy's playbook. Hire the most qualified people for the board, as currently done. When you realize all of them are men, have one identify as female between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday except holidays, also excluding bathroom breaks. Additionally, as all great ideas go, this kills two birds with one stone. Now all board members are paid equally, including the "female." No fever wage gap here. You brought these gaping loopholes to yourselves, liberals.

I read he was a mechanic. I'm not sure I'd he has any flight training. Either way, he flew that aircraft pretty damn well, considering barrel rolls are things most airline pilots have never done. With that said, damnit Rich. Now everyone you left behind in this industry have to deal with being under the microscope even more, like after the Germanwings thing. Albeit, this is a far better outcome, with no innocent lives lost.

I have read and watched some documentaries in the past about sleep and dreams. One of the theories behind "why we dream" is that the brain goes through a bunch of information in our memory, keeps what it deems important and dumps what's not based on the amount of access (i.e. number of neuron connections) and possibly based on feelings given by various memories (based on chemical trace markers when those neuron connections were made). From my experience, that is a myth. I've been with total sluts and mothers that are tight and have a nice looking vagina with a small, not "flappy" labia minora and I've been with relatively good girls that have large labia minoras. Honestly, one can't judge a girl's vagina mileage based on the appearance of the labia, no matter how much you wish it was that easy.

You need some hobbies. For me, I enjoy gun related stuff. Building ARs, gunsmithing 1911s, collecting antiques, and competition shooting (marksman, IDPA, 3-Gun, etc.). It's a great challenge, fantastic fun, and meet alot of great people. Additionally, there's TONS of information about it out there on forums, Reddit, and YouTube. I've entirely self-taught myself everything I know on the subject from the internet and trial and error. Be warned, it can get expensive quick if you're not careful.

It seems alot of the commenters have already decided to miss the point of your post. Yes, she's choosing to be in that situation, but oh well. Shame on that guy for taking his crap out on you. You keep your zen and do as you are paid to do. Hell, I'd probably ask for a raise if she's happy of your work.

I've noticed this same thing. Any girl that says she has dreams and "will be X" or whatever.....yeah, it's all talk. 100% talk. They delusional little world they live in is magical. The ones that get me, though, are the ones that really have no idea what they want to do. I feel bad for them. I really do. But in the end, their life is their choice. I prefer to spend my time shooting my guns.

I may be a rather heartless person, but i see this as a kind of cleansing the weak. Hear me out. The world is over populated as it is. Minding the outliers, most of the opioid deaths are likely poor people who drain the economy anyway. Sure, it still takes a toll on a family, but that reinforces why family is important to watch for the signs of drug abuse. Then again, I never saw the appeal to risking my health for a temporary high.

When I have to deadhead in the back with the rest of the cattle, I almost always am stuck next to the fattest, smelliest pig (male or female). I no longer accept it. I either talk to the working crew and ride in the flight deck jumpseat or just tell the gate agent it's the fatty or me that's getting off....and if I don't go, there's probably s flight cancellation along the line.

I have this happen all too often. If I have to get involved, there's no sweet talking - the FAs already did that. For me, it's exactly as you said. "You can buy a second ticket, get on the plane, get to X and I won't care or you can not buy another ticket, stay here, cry about it, and I still won't care." The worst though is when it's a full flight..... Even if they buy a second seat, every seat must be filled. No choice but to kick them off. I generally let someone else more people-friendly and…

Wrong on atleast one point, fine sir. Cattle make a remarkably high percent of the greenhouse gasses in our environment. Every cow eaten, helps the environment, technically. Of course, less food and dairy cattle would have same effect....

I posted in another post on MGTOW yesterday about talking with a 24yo girl that sleeps around all willy nilly. She talks of marriage, and the Bible, and this and that..... Being a friend to her, to gather information and understanding, I couldn't help myself but express my views. She did not like them. She countered them with many poorly thought out responses or silence. Mostly, silence. Infact, today she mentioned that our conversation made her rethink some thinks. No matter, though - I still s…

I've been calorie restricting my diet to around 1800 +/-300 calories a day for a few months now. I try to limit carbs the most, replace some meals with protein shakes and bars, instead. I definitely have cheat days at random, which slow things down, but keeps me from burning out. Thus far, I lost almost 40 pounds in 6 months. I don't work out nearly as much as I should, but I do try to do some strength training to retain muscle mass and some walking or limited running to just get the heart pumpi…

Tough to say. I wouldn't guess much, honestly. If an equal rated FO and CA were to be chosen, in most cases, I'd suspect the CA would be the first pick, however. Losing 40 pounds, dressing better, feeling more confident, and generally being more outward had improved sex appeal more than anything. And I have much more to go for my own satisfaction with my body and happiness.

Thanks for the positive comment. I am usually a pretty level headed guy. I can certainly be blunt, however. I enjoy the chance to dive into the female condition and extract some information to boost my immunities, if you will.

I recommend every man keep around one beyond-bangable slut to just get a close-in view of the mental illness that is women. It's truly eye opening and is a constant reminder that MGTOW is the answer.

Or because they are at their last ditch effort to throw themselves out there infront of men who might sweep them off their feet into the sunset. Let's be real here. There's no money or real career in being an FA. Atleast not at most US carriers, especially regionals.

Thanks for the reminder. I am more and more mindful of this fact - we can be taken down any place any time for false accusations and guilty until proven innocent, and even then the damage is already done.

That is true, but I have been finding it easy enough to just eat a salad or reasonably healthy meal when going out with a crew. I eat my packed food for 2/3 meals and snacks throughout the day which is helpful big time, and avoid the airplane snacks. No sodas. I rarely drink much anymore. If I do, I don't go hard and I try to mind the calories....although sometimes going overboard happens.

This is where I'm at, now. I just finished an annual training event where we jump in a simulator and deal with emergency situations and non-normal maneuvers and procedures. Aced it like a boss (as you'd hope most plus would...). The end of August marks my 1 year as a captain which is the requirement to become a check airman, which is an instructor in the jets. I put in my application last week and have a few friends who are check airman give me letters of recommendation. I'm focusing on flying m…

Some days yes, others no. To be completely honest, my favorite FAs are the older granny types that are happily married. They're not chasing young men, they have funny stories, and they drink and curse while still giving this grandma appearance which cracks me up. My favorite two are not PC and complain of special snowflakes all the time. I still dislike a slam-ckicking crew.... I still like some social interaction. In the past 6 months or so, I have made an effort to eat better and drink way les…

Yep 700/900. It's funny you mentioned getting in trouble over FAs. 2 things I left it of the story... When I left the potential devil's threesome, I discretely told my friend we should leave because this is exactly how we'll get accused of rape. He didn't care and she overheard and questioned why that would happen. I didn't answer and just left. Second thing, and I only learned about this after the fact, is that this is a flight attendant that fooled around with another pilot about a year ago, s…

This is true. I am still experiencing red pill rage from time to time over things I experience and see. It's frustrating, however I am glad that I have lifted the curtain from the Great Wizard so I can finally see it for what it is.

This is correct. That's how I started flying. It's not cheap, so debt is a likely problem, but if you are serious and hurry, airlines are sucking up qualified pilots en masse.

This is what I have slowly but surely came to the conclusion of. Many women are just attracted to whoever is around and gives them the attention they are seeking. Ten minutes later, it can easily be someone else. The worst part is trying to figure out if they do it intentionally or if they are that dense and oblivious to their own psychi. I stopped trying to answer that and merel assume it's a part of being a woman, at least modern day women.

So get this....in some models of our jets, the average weight used for passenger calculations is 184. In others it's 190. Same people, different jet. And when the Weight Watchers connvention boards........fuck that, I'm throwing people off.

As I've been getting through some red pill rage in recent weeks, even months, I can attest to this as well. It's like they can sense you leaving the plantation and want to ensure they have you as an option, even if they have no intentions of keeping you or respecting you.

Your first paragraph is spot on. I put in so much genuine effort. She could not have cared less. Came up with excuses every turn off the way yet kept laying bread crumbs when I openly told her my dissatisfaction. They really are master manipulators.

Depends on the aircraft. For example, our CRJs, the indication is just 3 squares indicating the gears on the CRT screen in the middle. I'm pretty sure most modern aircraft just have a little spot it displays on a CRT or LCD screen which can be "lost" if not specifically looked for. With that said, these modern aircraft will also show a raster bar of some sort on the airspeed indicator showing the maximum airspeed given the current configuration of the aircraft (gear and flaps up, gear down, flap…

Airline pilot here. This usually means not following Standard Operating Procedures AND missing items on a checklist. That's a pretty big one. Additionally, gear extended maximum speeds are usually quite a bit lower than standard cruise speeds in most airliners. For example, we usually cruise 250+ knots and our max gear down speed is 220 knots. With that said, I've seen and heard of pilots do some stupid crap. TBH, this isn't as bad as what the SFO taxiway landing incident this month almost was.
