Sleep in dumpsters so people don't have to look at them? I guess they could round them up and throw them in jail, at least they would get to eat in there. Or, here's a thought, instead of pumping that money into the prisons to keep them housed, use that money to open and maintain a shelter. But that's crazy. Spending money to support men?
